そこで、このような手間のかかる前処理を行わずに汚れを落とすことができる自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤の開発が望まれている。
本発明は、脂質とタンパク質とが複合し、乾燥して食器表面に強固に固着する汚れ(以下、「複合汚れ」ともいう)に対して優れた洗浄性能を示す食器用洗浄剤組成物、及びそれを用いた食器の洗浄方法を提供する。
[1]下記一般式(1)で表される化合物(A)、炭素数が16~18である脂肪酸とアルコールとのエステル型非イオン性界面活性剤(B)、及びアルカリ剤(C)を含有し、前記(A)成分の含有量が0.1~50質量%、前記(B)成分の含有量が0.1~15質量%、前記(C)成分の含有量が5~80質量%である食器用洗浄剤組成物。
[2]前記食器用洗浄剤組成物の濃度が0.02~0.4質量%である洗浄水を、食器に付着した被洗浄物と接触させる食器の洗浄方法。

本発明の食器用洗浄剤組成物は、前記一般式(1)で表される化合物(A)、炭素数が16~18である脂肪酸とアルコールとのエステル型非イオン性界面活性剤(B)、及びアルカリ剤(C)を含有し、前記(A)成分の含有量が0.1~50質量%、前記(B)成分の含有量が0.1~15質量%、前記(C)成分の含有量が5~80質量%である食器用洗浄剤組成物であって、複合汚れに対しても優れた洗浄性能を示すものである。なお、前記食器用洗浄剤組成物は、粉末状、粒状、溶液状等、いずれの形態であってもよい。
成分(A)は、下記一般式(1)で表される化合物である。
好ましいアルキル基の具体例としては、メチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、イソプロピル基、各種ブチル基、各種ペンチル基、各種ヘキシル基等を挙げることができ、これらの中では、メチル基が好ましい。ここで「各種」とは、n-、sec-、tert-、iso-を含む各種異性体を意味する。
また、好ましいアルケニル基の具体例としては、ビニル基、アリル基、2-ブテニル基、2-メチル-2-プロペニル基等が挙げられる。
本発明において前記一般式(1)で表される化合物としては、メチルグリシン二酢酸三ナトリウムが好ましい。
前記(A)成分は、液体、固体のいずれでもよいが、食器用洗浄剤組成物の製造を効率的に行う観点、取り扱い性の観点から固体であることが好ましい。
有機キレート剤としての効果を十分に得る観点、コストを抑えて効率的に製造する観点から、食器用洗浄剤組成物中の(A)成分の含有量は、1質量%以上が好ましく、5質量%以上がより好ましく、10質量%以上が更に好ましく、13質量%以上がより更に好ましく、そして、45質量%以下が好ましく、30質量%以下がより好ましく、25質量%以下が更に好ましく、20質量%以下がより更に好ましい。具体的には、1~45質量%が好ましく、5~30質量%がより好ましく、10~25質量%が更に好ましく、13~20質量%がより更に好ましい。
(B)成分としては、炭素数が16~18である脂肪酸と、アルコールとのエステル型非イオン性界面活性剤を用い、例えば、オキシアルキレン化されたアルキル脂肪酸エステル、オキシエチレン化又はオキシエチレン化及びオキシプロピレン化されたポリ又はモノオキシアルキレン脂肪酸エステル、グリコシド化されたポリ又はモノグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタンの少なくとも一部がオキシエチレン化されたポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、及び糖脂肪酸エステルから選ばれる1種又は2種以上が好ましい。
具体的には、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレングリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、及びショ糖脂肪酸エステルから選ばれる1種又は2種以上が好ましい。
更に具体的には、グリセリルパルミテート、グリセリルマルガレート、グリセリルステアレート、グリセリルオレエート、パーム核油組成脂肪酸モノグリセリド、ソルビタンモノパルミテート、ソルビタンモノマルガレート、ソルビタンモノステアレート、ソルビタンモノオレエート、ポリエチレングリコールモノパルミテート、ポリエチレングリコールモノマルガレート、ポリエチレングリコールモノステアレート、ポリエチレングリコールモノオレエート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノパルミテート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノマルガレート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノステアレート、ショ糖モノパルミテート、ショ糖モノマルガレート、ショ糖モノステアレート、及びショ糖モノオレエートから選ばれる1種又は2種以上が好ましい。
これらの中では、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステルが好ましく、グリセリルモノステアレート、グリセリルモノオレエート、ソルビタンモノパルミテート、ソルビタンモノステアレート、ソルビタンモノオレエート、及びパーム核油組成脂肪酸モノグリセリドが好ましい。
前記観点から、食器用洗浄剤組成物中の(B)成分の含有量は、1質量%以上が好ましく、2質量%以上がより好ましく、3質量%以上が更に好ましく、4質量%以上がより更に好ましく、そして、14質量%以下が好ましく、13質量%以下がより好ましく、12質量%以下が更に好ましく、11質量%以下がより更に好ましい。
より更に、安価に製造する観点から、食器用洗浄剤組成物中の(B)成分の含有量は、10質量%以下が好ましく、9質量%以下がより好ましく、8質量%以下が更に好ましく、6質量%以下がより更に好ましく、5質量%以下がより更に好ましい。
アルカリ剤としては、アルカリ金属炭酸塩、アルカリ金属珪酸塩、アミン化合物等を用いることができる。
アルカリ金属炭酸塩としては、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸水素カリウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上が好ましい。また、ソーダ灰として知られている炭酸ナトリウムの無水塩を用いてもよい。
アルカリ金属珪酸塩としては、結晶性層状珪酸ナトリウム((株)トクヤマシルテック製、商品名「プリフィード」)等を用いることができる。また、非晶質のものを用いてもよい。なお、アルカリ金属珪酸塩は食器の酸化防止剤としても有効である。
アミン化合物としては、アルカノールアミンを挙げることができる。本発明では特に1級のアルカノールアミンが好ましく、具体的にはモノエタノールアミンを挙げることができる。これらアルカリ剤の中では、アルカリ金属炭酸塩が好ましい。
アルカリ剤は、粉末状、顆粒状のものを用いることができる。顆粒状のものは、造粒処理等によって粒子径や、嵩比重を適宜調整して用いることができる。
前記観点から、食器用洗浄剤組成物中の(C)成分の含有量は、10質量%以上が好ましく、13質量%以上がより好ましく、15質量%以上が更に好ましく、18質量%以上がより更に好ましく、そして、70質量%以下が好ましく、60質量%以下がより好ましく、55質量%以下が更に好ましく、45質量%以下がより更に好ましい。
より更に、複合汚れに対する洗浄性能を向上させる観点から、食器用洗浄剤組成物中の(C)成分の含有量は、20質量%以上が好ましく、25質量%以上がより好ましく、30質量%以上が更に好ましく、35質量%以上がより更に好ましく、40質量%以上がより更に好ましい。
より更に、優れた洗浄性能を得る観点から、前記(A)成分、(B)成分及び(C)成分の合計含有量は、45質量%以上が好ましく、50質量%以上がより好ましく、55質量%以上が更に好ましく、60質量%以上がより更に好ましい。
より更に、油汚れの洗浄性能を高める観点から、前記質量比[(A)/(B)]は、5.0以下が好ましく、4.0以下がより好ましく、3.0以下がより更に好ましい。
また、前記(C)成分に対する(B)成分の質量比[(B)/(C)]は、複合汚れに対する洗浄性能の観点から0.01以上が好ましく、0.05以上がより好ましく、0.08以上が更に好ましく、また、油汚れの洗浄性能の観点から1.2以下が好ましく、1.0以下がより好ましく、0.8以下が更に好ましい。
より更に、油汚れの洗浄性能を高める観点から、前記質量比[(B)/(C)]は、0.6以下が好ましく、0.4以下がより好ましく、0.2以下が更に好ましく、0.15以下がより更に好ましく、0.1以下がより更に好ましい。
本発明においては、食器用洗浄剤組成物の洗浄性能を向上させる観点から、反応性不飽和基を有する炭素数3~6のカルボン酸又はその塩(d-1)由来の構成単位、及び炭素数2~12のオレフィン(d-2)由来の構成単位を含む共重合体(D)を使用することが好ましい。
炭素数2~12のオレフィン(以下、(d-2)成分ともいう)としては、エチレン、プロピレン、ブチレン、イソブチレン、ジイソブチレン、ペンテン、及びヘキセンから選ばれる1種又は2種以上が好ましい。前記オレフィンの炭素数としては、4~12がより好ましく、6~10が更に好ましい。
これらの中では、マレイン酸とジイソブチレンとを組み合わせた共重合体又はその塩が好ましい。
なお、本明細書における(D)成分の重量平均分子量は、ゲルパーミェーションクロマトグラフィーでポリスチレンを標準物質として求めた値である。ゲルパーミェーションクロマトグラフィーは、60mmol/Lのリン酸及び50mmol/Lの臭化リチウムのジメチルホルムアミド溶液を展開溶媒とし、カラムとしてTSKgel α-Mを2本連結して、実施することができる。
平均粒径は、JIS K 8801の標準篩(目開き2000~45μm)を用いて5分間振動させた後、篩目のサイズによる重量分率からメジアン径を算出した。
より詳細には、目開き45μm、63μm、90μm、125μm、180μm、250μm、355μm、500μm、710μm、1000μm、1400μm、2000μmの12段の篩と受け皿を用いた。受け皿上に目開きの小さな篩から順に積み重ねた。最上部の2000μmの篩の上から100gの粒子を添加し、蓋をしてロータップ型ふるい振とう機(HEIKO製作所製、タッピング156回/分、ローリング:290回/分)に取り付けた。5分間振動させた後、それぞれの篩及び受け皿上に残留した該粒子の質量を測定し、各篩上の該粒子の質量割合(%)を算出した。この値を対数確率紙{横軸が篩の目開き(粒子径)、縦軸が質量割合}にプロットした後、各点を結ぶ線を引き、質量割合が50質量%に対応する粒子径を平均粒径とした。
洗浄性能及び水に対する溶解性を向上させる観点から、食器用洗浄剤組成物中の(D)成分の含有量は、2質量%以上が好ましく、3質量%以上がより好ましく、4質量%以上が更に好ましく、5質量%以上がより更に好ましく、そして、25質量%以下が好ましく、20質量%以下がより好ましく、15質量%以下が更に好ましく、12質量%以下がより更に好ましい。具体的には、2~25質量%が好ましく、3~20質量%がより好ましく、4~15質量%が更に好ましく、5~12質量%がより更に好ましい。
質量比[(B)/(D)]は、0.01以上であり、0.05以上が好ましく、0.08以上がより好ましく、0.25以上が更に好ましく、0.4以上がより更に好ましく、そして、5.0以下であり、2.0以下が好ましく、1.7以下がより好ましく、1.3以下が更に好ましく、1.0以下がより更に好ましい。具体的には、0.01~5.0であり、0.05~2.0が好ましく、0.08~1.7がより好ましく、0.25~1.3が更に好ましく、0.4~1.0がより更に好ましい。
食器用洗浄剤組成物においては、通常の洗浄剤に用いることができるその他の成分を配合してもよい。例えば、酵素、ビルダー、(A)成分以外の金属イオン封鎖剤、(B)成分以外の界面活性剤、漂白剤、漂白活性化剤、吸油性粉体、増量剤又は希釈剤、カルシウム塩や蟻酸等の酵素安定化剤、香料、pH調整剤、防菌・防黴剤、及び色素等を挙げることができる。
本発明の食器用洗浄剤組成物は、酵素を含有していることが好ましい。酵素としては、プロテアーゼ、アミラーゼ、リパーゼ、セルラーゼ、エステラーゼ、ペルオキシダーゼから選ばれる1種又は2種以上が好ましく、市販品として粒状化されたものを用いることができる。いずれの酵素も他成分との保存安定性等を考慮して適宜選択すればよい。これらの中では、他の界面活性剤では除去が難しい糊化したデンプンへの作用が期待されるアミラーゼが好ましい。また、界面活性剤等では除去が困難な変性タンパク質等に対して著しい効果を示すことからプロテアーゼも好ましい。
食器用洗浄剤組成物中の酵素の含有量は、0.2~20質量%が好ましく、0.4~14質量%がより好ましく、0.4~10質量%が更に好ましい。
(A)成分以外の金属イオン封鎖剤としては、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、コハク酸、L-グルタミン酸二酢酸、ヒドロキシエチルイミノ二酢酸、エチレンジアミン二コハク酸、ニトリロ三酢酸、1,3-プロパンジアミン三酢酸、1,3-ジアミノ-2-ヒドロキシプロパン四酢酸、グリコールエーテルジアミン四酢酸、エチレンジアミン四酢酸、ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸、トリエチレンテトラアミン六酢酸、ジヒドロキシエチルグリシン、ヒドロキシエチルエチレンジアミンジカルボキシメチルグルタミン酸等のポリカルボン酸又はその塩を用いることができる。これらの中では、クエン酸、コハク酸、エチレンジアミン四酢酸、ジヒドロキシエチルグリシン、ヒドロキシエチルエチレンジアミンジカルボキシメチルグルタミン酸、及びそれらのアルカリ金属塩が好ましい。また、トリポリリン酸ナトリウム等のリン酸塩を用いることもできる。
界面活性剤としては、(B)成分以外の非イオン界面活性剤、陰イオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、陽イオン界面活性剤を挙げることができる。
漂白剤としては、モノパーオキシフタル酸マグネシウム等の有機過酸又はその塩、アルカリ金属の過ホウ酸塩(1水和物又は4水和物)、過炭酸塩、過硫酸塩、過ケイ酸塩等の水溶液中で過酸化水素を発生する過酸化物から選ばれる1種又は2種以上が好ましい。これらの中では、過硫酸ナトリウム、過炭酸ナトリウム、過硼酸ナトリウム等の無機過酸化物がより好ましい。
本発明においては、洗浄力を更に向上させる洗浄補助成分として、一般的に自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤として配合される漂白活性化剤を配合してもよい。
漂白活性化剤は前記漂白剤と併用するものであって、漂白剤から放出される過酸化水素と反応して、より酸化還元電位が高い有機過酸を生成する物質である。具体的には、テトラアセチルエチレンジアミン(TAED)、テトラアセチルメチレンジアミン(TAMD)、アルカノイルオキシベンゼンカルボン酸又はその塩や、アルカノイルオキシベンゼンスルホン酸塩、例えばn-ノナノイル又はイソノナノイルオキシベンゼンスルホネート(n-又はiso-NOBS)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上が好ましい。
吸油性粉体としては、非晶質シリカ、デキストリン等を用いることができる。
非晶質シリカの市販品としては、トクシールNR、トクシールNP(Oriental Silicas Corporation製)、フローライト(富田製薬(株)製)、TIXOLEX25(韓仏化学社製)、サイロピュア(富士シリシア(株)製)等が挙げられる。
前記吸油性粉体の中では、非晶質シリカが好ましい。前記吸油性粉体は1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
増量剤又は希釈剤としては、硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸マグネシウム等の硫酸塩等が挙げられる。増量剤又は希釈剤を配合すれば、各成分を希釈し、適度な濃度に分散させることで、使用に適した量に設計することができ、また、各成分の安定性を保持させるためにも有効である。硫酸ナトリウムとしては、四国化成工業(株)製の「A6ボウショウ」等の市販品を用いることができる。本発明に用いることができるボウショウとしては、溶解性の観点から、粒径20μm以下ものが全体の90質量%以上を占めるものが好ましい。
なお、前記食器用洗浄剤組成物中の増量剤及び希釈剤の合計含有量は、0.01質量%以上が好ましく、0.5質量%以上がより好ましく、1質量%以上が更に好ましく、3質量%以上がより更に好ましく、そして、50質量%以下が好ましく、30質量%以下がより好ましく、20質量%以下が更に好ましく、10質量%以下が更に好ましく、5質量%以下がより更に好ましい。増量剤及び希釈剤の合計含有量が、0.01質量%以上であると各成分の安定性を向上させることが可能であり、50質量%以下であると持ち運び易い洗浄剤組成物とすることができる。
前記食器用洗浄剤組成物は、泡立ちを抑制するために、消泡剤を含有していることが好ましい。
消泡剤としては、シリコーン消泡剤が挙げられる。シリコーン消泡剤の形態としては、オイル型、コンパウンド型、粉末型、エマルジョン型のいずれも使用してよい。
シリコーン消泡剤の含有量は、0.01質量%以上が好ましく、0.1質量%以上がより好ましく、そして、1質量%以下が好ましく、0.5質量%以下がより好ましく、0.3質量%以下が更に好ましい。下限値以上で有効な消泡性能が得られ、上限値以下であると洗浄性能を維持したまま、消泡性能を発現することができる。
食器用洗浄剤組成物は、粉末状の洗浄剤として使用してもよく、また、水、有機溶媒等に溶解させ溶液状の洗浄剤として使用してもよく、更に、粒状に造粒したものを洗浄剤として使用してもよい。
溶液状の洗浄剤とする場合に使用することができる溶媒としては、水、エタノール、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、グリセリン、イソプレングリコール、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールモノエチルエーテル、3-メチル-3-メトキシブタノール、フェノキシエタノール、フェニルグリコール、フェノキシイソプロパノール、ブチルジグリコール(ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル)、ジブチレンジグリコール、ベンジルアルコール等を挙げることができる。溶液として用いる場合、食器用洗浄剤組成物中の溶媒の量は、溶液の性質を安定させる観点から3質量%以上が好ましく、5質量%以上がより好ましく、10質量%以上が更に好ましい。また、安価に製造する観点から、40質量%以下が好ましく、30質量%以下がより好ましく、20質量%以下が更に好ましい。
押出造粒機としては、ペレッターダブル、ツインドームグラン、ディスクペレッター((株)ダルトン製)、バスケット式整粒機((株)菊水製作所製)、グラニュライザ(ホソカワミクロン(株)製)、特開平10-192688号記載の横押出式スクリュー型押出造粒機((株)大川原製作所製)等の公知の押出造粒機が挙げられる。
前記食器用洗浄剤組成物を造粒する場合には、造粒物の物理的強度を向上させることを目的として、非イオン界面活性剤やポリマーのバインダーを用いてもよい。
非イオン界面活性剤としては、(B)成分に加え(B)成分以外のものを好適に用いることができる。
造粒物中にポリプロピレングリコールを含有させる場合、その含有量は造粒物中に、1~20質量%が好ましく、2~15質量%がより好ましく、3~12質量%が更に好ましい。
造粒物中にポリエチレングリコールを含有させる場合、その含有量は造粒物中に、1~15質量%が好ましく、2~12質量%がより好ましく、3~10質量%が更に好ましい。
また、本発明の食器用洗浄剤組成物は、自動食器洗浄機用の洗浄剤組成物として好適である。
本発明の食器の洗浄方法は、前記食器用洗浄剤組成物の濃度が0.02~0.4質量%である洗浄水を、食器に付着した被洗浄物と接触させるものである。前記洗浄水中の前記(A)、(B)及び(C)成分の合計濃度は、0.02質量%以上が好ましく、0.05質量%以上がより好ましく、0.07質量%以上が更に好ましく、0.09質量%以上がより更に好ましく、そして、0.4質量%以下が好ましく、0.3質量%以下がより好ましく、0.2質量%以下がより好ましく、0.15質量%以下がより更に好ましく、0.12質量%以下がより更に好ましい。前記濃度が下限値以上であれば洗浄力が向上し、上限値以下であればコストに優れる上に、容量の小さい、持ち運びに便利な洗浄剤とすることができる。
下記下限値以上で有機キレート剤としての効果が十分に得られ、下記上限値以下でコストを抑えて効率的に製造できることから、前記(A)、(B)及び(C)成分の合計中の前記(A)成分の含有量は、0.1質量%以上であり、好ましくは5質量%以上であり、より好ましくは12質量%以上であり、更に好ましくは15質量%以上であり、そして、60質量%以下であり、好ましくは55質量%以下であり、より好ましくは50質量%以下であり、更に好ましくは25質量%以下である。
下記下限値以上で複合汚れに対する洗浄性能が向上し、下記上限値以下で安価に製造することができることから、前記(A)、(B)及び(C)成分の合計中の前記(B)成分の含有量は、0.1質量%以上であり、好ましくは1質量%以上であり、より好ましくは2質量%以上であり、更に好ましくは3質量%以上であり、そして、40質量%以下であり、好ましくは25質量%以下であり、より好ましくは20質量%以下であり、更に好ましくは17質量%以下であり、より更に好ましくは8質量%以下である。
下記下限値以上で複合汚れに対する洗浄性能が向上し、下記上限値以下で洗浄剤組成物のハンドリング性が向上することから、前記(A)、(B)及び(C)成分の合計中の前記(C)成分の含有量は、5質量%以上であり、好ましくは25質量%以上であり、より好ましくは30質量%以上であり、更に好ましくは35質量%以上であり、より更に好ましくは50質量%以上であり、そして、99.8質量%以下であり、好ましくは85質量%以下であり、より好ましくは80質量%以下であり、更に好ましくは79質量%以下であり、より更に好ましくは78質量%以下である。

実施例1の自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物を以下の(1)~(3)の手順にしたがって調製した。
(1)(A)成分、硫酸ナトリウム、(C)成分、プリフィード顆粒、コ
ハク酸、ポリエチレングリコールを混合した。
(2)(1)で得られた混合物に、ポリプロピレングリコール、香料、及
び(B)成分を添加して混合した。
(3)(2)で得られた混合物に、更に過炭酸ナトリウム、テトラアセチ
ルエチレンジアミン、α-アミラーゼ、プロテアーゼを添加して混
合し、自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物を調製した。
表1,2に記載の割合で配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様の手順にしたがって自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物を調製した。なお、比較例1~6においてのみ加えたエステル、又はアルキル化合物は、(2)の工程において(B)成分の代わりに混合して第2混合物とした。
・試験皿の作成
(1)5個の鶏卵を割って、卵白を除き卵黄を取り分けた。
(2)スクリュー管(No.8)に上記卵黄を入れて、73~75℃の水
浴にて10分加熱を行った。
(3)水浴よりスクリュー管を取り出し、室温にて1時間静置し、半熟卵
黄を茶こしにかき出し、裏ごしした。
なお、裏ごしとは目の細かい網を通過させて食材を細かくする作業
である。
(4)半熟卵黄を裏ごしした後、よくかき混ぜたものを3gとり、絵筆で
陶器皿(白玉渕業務用9吋リムミート皿(直径233mm×24m
m、有限会社鎌田商店)に対して均一に塗布した。
(5)陶器皿に塗った半熟卵黄を室温で一昼夜乾燥させて試験皿とした。
なお、前記茶こしとしては、サン・コーポレーション(株)製、「クリーン茶こし72mm」(材質:18-8ステンレス、口径:72mm、メッシュ径:0.6mm)を使用した。
前記実施例及び比較例で調製した自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物を洗浄時の洗浄液中の濃度が0.1質量%となるように、食器洗い乾燥機(パナソニック(株)、型番「NP-P45M2PS」(ビルトインタイプ))の洗剤入れに投入し、スピーディーコースにて洗浄を行った。なお、汚れを塗った陶器皿は、前記食器洗い乾燥機の下かご右側の皿を立てる場所の右端に、汚れを塗った面を内側にして立てておいた。そのすぐ横に汚れをつけていない陶器皿を2枚立てた。
・評価方法
試験皿の表面に残った半熟乾燥卵黄の量を目視により、0~5の6段階で評価した。結果を表1,2に示す。
(判定基準)
5:完全に洗浄されている。
4:若干汚れが残っているが、ほとんど洗浄できている(許容範囲内)。
3:大部分洗浄できているが、汚れが残っている。または、全体的に薄く
残っている(許容範囲外)。
2:少し洗浄できているが、大部分汚れが残っている。
1:ほとんど洗浄できていない。
0:全く洗浄できていない。
pHメーター((株)堀場製作所製、型番「F-52」、pH電極6367-10D)を用いて、JIS Z-8802:1984にしたがって25℃におけるpH値を測定した。測定溶液としては、前述の方法で調製した洗浄剤組成物を脱イオン水により0.1質量%に希釈したものを用いた。

なお、表1,2中の「ポリオキシエチレン(6)アルキルエーテル」におけるエチレンオキシド(EO)の付加モル数は6である。
実施例14の自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物を以下の(1)~(4)の手順にしたがって調製した。
(1)30Lナウターミキサー(自転:110r/min、公転:4r/m
in)に、(A)成分、硫酸ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、珪酸ナト
リウム、コハク酸、ポリエチレングリコールを混合した。
(2)(1)で得られた混合物に、ポリプロピレングリコール、香料を混合
した。
(3)(2)で得られた混合物に過炭酸ナトリウム、テトラアセチルエチレ
ンジアミン、α-アミラーゼ、及びプロテアーゼを混合した。
(4)(D)成分(ジイソブチレンとマレイン酸との共重合体の塩)の10
質量%水溶液、及び(B)成分の10質量%エタノール溶液をそれぞ
れ調製し、これらの溶液と(3)で得られた混合物とを混合し、自動
食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物を調製した。
表3,4に記載の割合で配合したこと以外は、実施例14と同様の手順で自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物を調製した。
・試験皿の作成
以下の手順にしたがって試験皿を作成した。
(1)5個の鶏卵を割って、卵黄取り分け器を用いて卵白を除き卵黄を取り
分けた。
(2)スクリュー管(No.8)に上記卵黄を入れて、73~75℃の水浴
にて10分間加熱した。
(3)水浴よりスクリュー管を取り出し、25℃にて1時間静置し、半熟卵
黄を茶こしにかき出し、裏ごしした。
なお、裏ごしとは目の細かい網を通過させて食材を細かくする作業で
ある。
(4)半熟卵黄を裏ごしし、茶こし下部より排出されたものをよくかき混ぜ
た後3gとり、絵筆で陶器皿(白玉渕業務用9吋リムミート皿(直径
233mm×24mm)、有限会社鎌田商店)に対して均一に塗布した。
(5)陶器皿に塗った半熟卵黄を25℃で一昼夜乾燥させて試験皿とした。
なお、前記茶こしとしては、サン・コーポレーション(株)製、「クリーン茶こし72mm」(材質:18-8ステンレス、口径:72mm、メッシュ径:0.6mm)を使用した。
pHメーター((株)堀場製作所製、型番「F-52」、pH電極6367-10D)を用いて、JIS Z-8802:1984にしたがって25℃におけるpH値を測定した。測定溶液としては、前述の方法で調製した洗浄剤組成物を脱イオン水により0.1質量%に希釈したものを用いた。
前記実施例及び比較例で調製した自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物を洗浄液中の濃度が0.1質量%となるように食器洗い乾燥機(パナソニック(株)、型番「NP-TR3」(卓上タイプ))の洗剤入れに投入した(水道水の使用量:3L)。なお、前記濃度は、表1に記載される各成分の合計濃度であり、(B)成分、(D)成分を溶解させるために用いた水及びエタノールは自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物の濃度として計算していない。なお、エタノールは、実施例及び比較例でそれぞれ同じ量を使用した。
前記試験皿を食器洗い乾燥機の下かご右側の皿を立てる場所に、皿立て溝の1つおきに3枚立ててスピーディーコースにて洗浄を行った。なお、前記試験皿の汚れを付着させた面を内側に向けて立てた。3枚のうち、両端の2枚をそれぞれ評価に供した。
試験皿の表面に残った乾燥半熟卵黄の量を目視により、0~5の6段階で評価した。5人により評価を行い、平均を算出することにより評価とした。すなわち、5人の各評価者が前記2枚の皿についてそれぞれ評価を行い、平均を算出することにより評価を行った。
結果を表3,4に示す。
(判定基準)
5:完全に洗浄されている。
4:若干汚れが残っているが、ほとんど洗浄できている(許容範囲内)。
3:大部分洗浄できているが、汚れが残っている。または、全体的に薄く
残っている許容範囲外)。
2:少し洗浄できているが、大部分汚れが残っている。
1:ほとんど洗浄できていない。
0:全く洗浄できていない。
は、自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物として十分な洗浄性能を有しているといえる。
は質量%であり、有効分の濃度を考慮していない値である。

Claims (16)
- 前記(A)成分が、メチルグリシン二酢酸三ナトリウムである、請求項1に記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記食器用洗浄剤組成物中の(A)成分の含有量が、1~45質量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記(B)成分が、オキシアルキレン化されたアルキル脂肪酸エステル、オキシエチレン化又はオキシエチレン化及びオキシプロピレン化されたポリ又はモノオキシアルキレン脂肪酸エステル、グリコシド化されたポリ又はモノグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタンの少なくとも一部がオキシエチレン化されたポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、及び糖脂肪酸エステルから選ばれる1種又は2種以上である、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記食器用洗浄剤組成物中の(B)成分の含有量が、1~14質量%である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記(C)成分が、アルカリ金属炭酸塩、アルカリ金属珪酸塩、及びアミン化合物から選ばれる1種又は2種以上である、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記食器用洗浄剤組成物中の(C)成分の含有量が、10~70質量%である、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記(A)成分、(B)成分及び(C)成分の合計含有量が30~80質量%である、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記食器用洗浄剤組成物中の(B)成分に対する(A)成分の質量比[(A)/(B)]が、1.0~10.0である、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記(C)成分に対する(B)成分の質量比[(B)/(C)]が、0.01~1.2である、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 更に、酵素を含有する、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 更に、反応性不飽和基を有する炭素数3~6のカルボン酸又はその塩(d-1)由来の構成単位と、炭素数2~12のオレフィン(d-2)由来の構成単位とを含む共重合体(D)を含有し、(D)成分の含有量が1~30質量%である、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 食器用洗浄剤組成物の0.1質量%水溶液の25℃におけるpHが9~13である、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 自動食器洗浄機用である、請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物。
- 請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の食器用洗浄剤組成物の濃度が0.02~0.4質量%である洗浄水を食器に付着した被洗浄物と接触させる、食器の洗浄方法。
- 下記一般式(1)で表される化合物(A)、炭素数が16~18である脂肪酸とアルコールとのエステル型非イオン性界面活性剤(B)、及びアルカリ剤(C)を含有する食器用洗浄剤組成物を食器に接触させる食器の洗浄方法であって、前記(A)、(B)及び(C)成分の合計中の前記(A)成分の含有量が0.1~60質量%、前記(B)成分の含有量が0.1~40質量%、前記(C)成分の含有量が5~99.8質量%である食器の洗浄方法。
