Abstract
本发明公开了一种天然植物洗洁精及其制备方法,所述天然植物洗洁精包括皂角粉提取液10‑15份、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯2‑3份、卵磷脂2‑3份、蔗糖脂肪酸钠2‑3份、茶多酚0.5‑1份、大蒜素0.5‑1份、蜂胶0.5‑1份、花瓣提取液0.1‑0.3份、薄荷醇1‑1.5份、胭脂树橙色素0.05‑0.08份、茯苓0.5‑1份、薏苡0.5‑1份、当归1‑2份、紫草1‑2份,去离子水100份;所述制备方法包括皂角粉提取液制备、花瓣提取液制备和最后的混合成型三个步骤。本发明提供的天然植物洗洁精,其中合成分均为天然物质,其中绝大部分为可食用的天然植物成分,去污力强,健康无毒,并且各成分来源广泛,成本不高。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洁用品领域,尤其涉及一种天然植物洗洁精及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗洁精是家庭生活中非常常见的洗涤用品,一般用来清洁餐具上的油污,其主要成分为表面活性剂。目前洗洁精中使用的表面活性剂和防腐剂等成分普遍为合成化学品,这类表面活性剂的优点是去污力强、溶解性好,成本较低,但是长期使用的话,一方面餐具上残留的微量洗洁精成分会对人体产生潜在威胁,另一方面,对洗洁精使用者的皮肤会产生负面影响,易使皮肤粗糙变黄,特别对于皮肤较为敏感的使用者,长期使用这类洗洁精手部易起水泡,因此一种天然健康洗洁精的研究是非常有必要的。

本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种天然植物洗洁精,其包含的成分及各成分的质量份数如下:皂角粉提取液10-15份、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯2-3份、卵磷脂2-3份、蔗糖脂肪酸钠2-3份、茶多酚0.5-1份、大蒜素0.5-1份、蜂胶0.5-1份、花瓣提取液0.1-0.3份、薄荷醇1-1.5份、胭脂树橙色素0.05-0.08份、茯苓0.5-1份、薏苡0.5-1份、当归1-2份、紫草1-2份,去离子水100份。
优选的,对于所述的天然植物洗洁精,其包含的成分及各成分的质量份数如下:皂角粉提取液15份、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯3份、卵磷脂3份、蔗糖脂肪酸钠3份、茶多酚1份、大蒜素1份、蜂胶1份、花瓣提取液0.2份、薄荷醇1份、胭脂树橙色素0.08份、茯苓1份、薏苡1份、当归1.5份、紫草1.5份、去离子水100份。
优选的,对于所述的天然植物洗洁精,所述花瓣提取液为玫瑰花瓣、茉莉花瓣和薰衣草花瓣的混合提取液。
优选的,对于所述的天然植物洗洁精,所述花瓣提取液中的所述玫瑰花瓣、茉莉花瓣和薰衣草花瓣的质量份数比为1:1:2。
优选的,对于所述的天然植物洗洁精,其还包括:
维生素E0.5-1份。
优选的,对于所述的天然植物洗洁精,其还包括:
精盐0.5-1份。
一种如所述的天然植物洗洁精的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.制备皂角粉提取液:取10g皂角粉,向其中加入100ml浓度为90%的乙醇溶液,搅拌并加热至45℃后保温并继续搅拌5min,然后将混合液移入密闭容器,置于80℃的恒温水浴锅中加热3h后取出冷取,将冷却液转入敞口容器加热至70℃后保温直至溶液蒸干,向蒸干后的固体物质中加入20ml去离子水,过滤,向滤液中加入20ml乙醚,移入分液漏斗分液后弃掉油层保留水层,该水层即为所述皂角粉提取液;
b.制备花瓣提取液:取玫瑰花瓣5g、茉莉花瓣5g、薰衣草花瓣10g充分混合后碾碎成泥,然后加入1L去离子水,加热至40℃后浸泡30min,并在浸泡时持续搅拌,然后将混合溶液转入带刻度的容器中,升温至80℃进行恒温蒸馏,当容器中的混合溶液体积浓缩至100ml时,降温至60℃继续恒温蒸馏,直至容器中的混合溶液浓缩至30ml时停止蒸馏,将余下的混合溶液冷却后重复过滤直至溶液澄清,即得所述花瓣提取液;
c.混合成型:按上述权利要求2中的质量份数配比取出皂角粉提取液、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、卵磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸钠、茶多酚、大蒜素、蜂胶、花瓣提取液、薄荷、胭脂树橙色素、茯苓、薏苡、当归和紫草、并将茯苓、薏苡、当归和紫草研磨成粉,然后将各成分依次投入去离子水中,再加入维生素E1份,精盐1份,搅拌20mim之后静置6h,即得目标产物天然植物洗洁精。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的洗洁精采用皂角粉提取液、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、卵磷脂和蔗糖脂肪酸钠作为主要的表面活性剂,采用蜂胶、茶多酚和大蒜素作为主要防腐剂,采用花瓣提取液作为香精成分,胭脂树橙色素作为色素成分,上述各成分均为天然物质,且其中绝大部分为可食用的天然植物成分,不仅去污效果好,并且健康无毒害,且各成分来源广泛,价格不高;
(2)洗洁精中还添加了少量有护肤润肤效果的中草药成分,可改善洗洁精使用者的皮肤状态;
(3)本发明在步骤a中首先利用乙醇溶解皂角粉中的有益成分,然后利用低温加热搅拌、加入去离子水以及乙醚来温和的提取溶解混合液的皂角粉的有益成分,且不破坏其中的活性物质。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不配出一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
实施例1
a.制备皂角粉提取液:取10g皂角粉,向其中加入100ml浓度为90%的乙醇溶液,搅拌并加热至45℃后保温并继续搅拌5min,然后将混合液移入密闭容器,置于80℃的恒温水浴锅中加热3h后取出冷取,将冷却液转入敞口容器加热至70℃后保温直至溶液蒸干,向蒸干后的固体物质中加入20ml去离子水,过滤,向滤液中加入20ml乙醚,移入分液漏斗分液后弃掉油层保留水层,该水层即为所述皂角粉提取液;
b.制备花瓣提取液:取玫瑰花瓣5g、茉莉花瓣5g、薰衣草花瓣10g充分混合后碾碎成泥,然后加入1L去离子水,加热至40℃后浸泡30min,并在浸泡时持续搅拌,然后将混合溶液转入带刻度的容器中,升温至80℃进行恒温蒸馏,当容器中的混合溶液体积浓缩至100ml时,降温至60℃继续恒温蒸馏,直至容器中的混合溶液浓缩至30ml时停止蒸馏,将余下的混合溶液冷却后重复过滤直至溶液澄清,即得所述花瓣提取液;

实施例2

去污效果测试
采用本发明方法制备的洗洁精与市面上的普通洗洁精(对比例)进行对比;采用相同的使用量;
皮肤刺激性效果比较:
选择100位经常使用洗洁精的消费者,100位消费者全部得出以下结论:不刺激不伤手。

1.一种天然植物洗洁精,其特征在于,其包含的成分及各成分的质量份数如下:皂角粉提取液10-15份、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯2-3份、卵磷脂2-3份、蔗糖脂肪酸钠2-3份、茶多酚0.5-1份、大蒜素0.5-1份、蜂胶0.5-1份、花瓣提取液0.1-0.3份、薄荷醇1-1.5份、胭脂树橙色素0.05-0.08份、茯苓0.5-1份、薏苡0.5-1份、当归1-2份、紫草1-2份,去离子水100份。
2.如权利要求1所述的天然植物洗洁精,其特征在于,其包含的成分及各成分的质量份数如下:皂角粉提取液15份、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯3份、卵磷脂3份、蔗糖脂肪酸钠3份、茶多酚1份、大蒜素1份、蜂胶1份、花瓣提取液0.2份、薄荷醇1份、胭脂树橙色素0.08份、茯苓1份、薏苡1份、当归1.5份、紫草1.5份、去离子水100份。
3.如权利要求1所述的天然植物洗洁精,其特征在于,所述花瓣提取液为玫瑰花瓣、茉莉花瓣和薰衣草花瓣的混合提取液。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的天然植物洗洁精,其特征在于,所述花瓣提取液中的所述玫瑰花瓣、茉莉花瓣和薰衣草花瓣的质量份数比为1:1:2。
5.如权利要求1所述的天然植物洗洁精,其特征在于,还包括:
维生素E 0.5-1份。
6.如权利要求1所述的天然植物洗洁精,其特征在于,还包括:

7.如权利要求1所述的天然植物洗洁精的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
