Since part of the coil antenna 19 and the antenna holder 20 are passed through 5d, the coil antenna 19 and part of the antenna holder 20 can be rationally arranged by effectively using the through hole 5d that is a dead space.
- the switch device 1 can be reduced in size and size.
- the switch device 1 one of the outer peripheral edges of the first ring portion 4A that is divided into two in the radial direction of the lens member 4 is the operation knob. Since the first ring portion 4A is offset with respect to the second ring portion 4B so as to be positioned on the outer peripheral side with respect to the outer edge of 3, the display portion of the operation knob 3 without increasing the outer diameter of the coil antenna 19 It is possible to secure a high degree of freedom in lighting.
- the coil antenna 19 is disposed at a position where its center axis C3 is offset downward in the vertical direction with respect to the operation center axis C4 of the operation knob 3. Therefore, the switch device 1 is placed at the upper part of the instrument panel. The effect that the communicability between the coil antenna 15 and the portable device can be improved when it is provided or when it is assumed that the user operates the operation knob 3 while holding the card-type portable device.
- the coil antenna 19 has been described as an example in which the center axis C3 is arranged at a position offset vertically downward with respect to the operation center axis C4 of the operation knob 3.
- the offset of the coil antenna 15 is described.
- the direction may be either upward or left and right.
- the switch device 1 is provided on the lower side of the instrument panel. Since the portable device is sometimes held up from the upper side, the communication performance of both is improved.
- the coil antenna 19 and the antenna holder 20 that holds the coil antenna 19 have a flat non-circular ring shape.
- the coil antenna 19 and the antenna holder 20 have an elliptical shape or a perfect circular ring shape. Even if they are arranged at a position where the center axis C3 is offset from the operation center axis C4 of the operation knob 3 or a concentric position, the same effect as described above can be obtained.
- the present invention has been described with respect to a mode in which the present invention is applied to a switch device as an engine start / stop switch, the present invention is also applicable to any other switch device having the same type of configuration. Of course.
