Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1である自動販売機を示す断面側面図である。ここで例示する自動販売機は、例えば缶入り飲料やペットボトル入り飲料等の商品を冷却、若しくは加熱した状態で販売するもので、自動販売機本体である本体キャビネット1を備えている。
図8は、本発明の実施の形態2である自動販売機を示す断面側面図である。尚、上述した実施の形態1である自動販売機と同一の構成については同一の符号を付して説明する。ここで例示する自動販売機は、例えば缶入り飲料やペットボトル入り飲料等の商品を冷却、若しくは加熱した状態で販売するもので、自動販売機本体である本体キャビネット1を備えている。

Claims (7)
- 前面に形成された開口が扉体により開閉され、かつ内部に商品収容庫が画成された自動販売機本体と、
前記商品収容庫に設けられ、かつ投入された商品を上下方向に沿って収納し、販売指令が与えられた場合に最下位の商品を払い出す商品収納装置と、
前記商品収容庫に設けられ、かつ該商品収容庫の内部雰囲気を冷却するための冷却手段と
を備えた自動販売機において、
通常冷却運転を行う場合には、前記商品収容庫に上下方向に沿って配設されたダクトの下方側開口近傍に設けられた下方側庫内送風ファンを駆動させるとともに、前記ダクトにおいて前記下方側開口よりも上方に形成された上方側開口近傍に設けられた上方側庫内送風ファンを駆動させることにより、前記下方側開口から前記ダクトに進入させた内部雰囲気を前記上方側開口から吐出させるよう前記商品収容庫内で循環させることで前記商品収納装置に収納された商品全体を冷却する一方、保冷運転を行う場合には、前記下方側庫内送風ファン及び前記上方側庫内送風ファンを駆動停止にし、更に前記保冷運転後に冷却回復運転を行う場合には、前記下方側庫内送風ファン及び前記上方側庫内送風ファンを駆動させることにより、前記下方側開口及び前記上方側開口から内部雰囲気を前記ダクトに進入させ、かつ前記下方側開口と前記上方側開口との間に設けられた中間開口からダクトに進入した内部雰囲気を吐出させることで該中間開口から下方域の商品を冷却する制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする自動販売機。 - 前面に形成された開口が扉体により開閉され、かつ内部に商品収容庫が画成された自動販売機本体と、
前記商品収容庫に設けられ、かつ投入された商品を上下方向に沿って収納し、販売指令が与えられた場合に最下位の商品を払い出す商品収納装置と、
前記商品収容庫に設けられ、かつ該商品収容庫の内部雰囲気を冷却するための冷却手段と
を備えた自動販売機において、
通常冷却運転を行う場合には、前記商品収容庫に上下方向に沿って配設されたダクトの下方側開口近傍に設けられた下方側庫内送風ファンと、前記ダクトにおいて前記下方側開口よりも上方に形成された上方側開口近傍に設けられた上方側庫内送風ファンとの少なくとも一方を、該下方側庫内送風ファンによる送風量が相対的に大きくなるよう駆動させることで、前記下方側開口を通じてダクトから吐出させた内部雰囲気の少なくとも一部を前記中間開口から前記ダクトに進入させるよう前記商品収容庫内で循環させることで前記商品収納装置の下方域に収納された商品を冷却する一方、保冷運転を行う場合には、前記下方側庫内送風ファン及び前記上方側庫内送風ファンを駆動停止にし、更に前記保冷運転後に冷却回復運転を行う場合には、前記下方側庫内送風ファン及び前記上方側庫内送風ファンを駆動させることにより、前記下方側開口及び前記上方側開口から内部雰囲気を前記ダクトに進入させ、かつ前記下方側開口と前記上方側開口との間に設けられた中間開口からダクトに進入した内部雰囲気を吐出させることで該中間開口から下方域の商品を冷却する制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする自動販売機。 - 前記下方側開口は前記商品収納装置よりも下方域に設けられ、前記上方側開口は前記商品収納装置よりも上方域に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の自動販売機。
- 前記下方側庫内送風ファンは前記下方側開口の前方に設けられ、前記上方側庫内送風ファンは前記上方側開口の前方に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載の自動販売機。
- 前記制御手段は、前記冷却回復運転を行う場合において、前記商品収容庫の庫内温度が予め決められた閾値以下となるときには、前記下方側庫内送風ファン及び前記上方側駆動ファンを駆動させることで、前記下方側開口及び前記上方側開口から内部雰囲気を前記ダクトに進入させ、かつ前記中間開口からダクトに進入した内部雰囲気を吐出させることで該中間開口から下方域の商品を冷却する一方、前記庫内温度が前記閾値を超えるときには、前記下方側庫内送風ファン及び前記上方側庫内送風ファンを駆動させることで、前記商品収納装置に収納された商品を冷却した内部雰囲気を前記上方側開口から前記ダクトに進入させて前記下方側開口から吐出させるよう前記商品収容庫内で循環させることで前記商品収納装置に収納された商品を冷却することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一つに記載の自動販売機。
- 前記中間開口を開閉する態様で揺動可能に設けられ、常態においては自重により前記中間開口を閉成する一方、前記ダクトの内部圧力が商品収容庫の圧力よりも大きくなる場合に揺動して前記中間開口を開成するフラッパ部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一つに記載の自動販売機。
- 前記扉体を構成し、かつ前記商品収容庫の前面開口を開閉する内扉と、前記商品収容庫における前記商品収納装置との間に内部雰囲気の通過を許容する通風路を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一つに記載の自動販売機。
