说 明 书 电子装置及数据传输系统 技术领域
本发明关于一种电子装置及数据传输系统。 背景技术
近年来, 为了增加消费性电子产品的应用层面, 一些业者开始在电子装置 的产品中加入近场通讯 (或近距离无线通讯) 的功能。 其中, 近场通讯 (或近 距离无线通讯) 可在用户伸手可及的操作范围内, 提供一个不经实体电路连接 而可将例如指令、 音乐、 图片、 名片、 数据或档案等等的信息从一电子装置传 输至另一电子装置的传输途径。 除了使电子装置具有传输上的便利性外, 也可 提高其应用层面, 例如可取代大量使用 IC卡的场合, 例如门禁管制、 车票、 门 票、 信用卡付费, 或接收广告讯息的场合, 例如自卖场屏幕透过蓝芽通讯而接 收优惠券等。
具有近场通讯功能的电子装置产品, 是个必然的趋势。 因此, 如何提供一 种新架构的近场通讯功能的电子装置, 可具有更多的数据传输管道而扩大电子 装置的应用, 也是此业界的厂商积极想找出的方案。 发明内容
本发明的目的为提供一种新架构的电子装置及数据传输系统, 此系统提供 一近距离的无线数据传输方式, 除了可用于近距离的数据或档案的传输方式外, 还可与既有的通讯传输系统搭配, 达到远距离的数据交换。 例如利用此架构的 电子装置可将数据或档案通过信号耦合方式在近距离内传送至另一电子装置, 而后再利用其它通讯方法进行数据传输, 以扩大电子装置的应用层面。
本发明可采用以下技术方案来实现的。
一种电子装置与一操作装置配合, 电子装置包括一显示面板以及一收发模 块。 显示面板具有至少一个电极。 收发模块具有一传送单元及一接收单元。 电 子装置与操作装置之间的信息交换至少为下列方式的其中之一: 由操作装置耦 合接收从电极所发出的一第一数据, 或是通过传送单元将一第二数据从电子装 置传送至操作装置, 或是通过接收单元接收从操作装置传送的一第三资料。
在一实施例中, 电极为显示面板的一独立电极, 或显示面板的多个行电极 或多个列电极的其中之一。 在一实施例中, 操作装置及或电子装置具有另一收发模块, 另一收发模块 包括一有线或无线局域网络模块, 一蓝牙模块, 一电信网络模块, 或一射频模 块, 或其组合。
在一实施例中, 当操作装置接近或接触电子装置时, 第一数据从显示面板 的电极传送至操作装置, 或第二数据从传送单元传送至操作装置。
在一实施例中, 收发模块设置于电子装置远离显示面板的一侧。
在一实施例中, 操作装置具有另一显示面板, 并通过另一显示面板的至少 一个电极将一传送数据耦合至电子装置的另一收发模块。
在一实施例中, 电子装置包括一手机、 一平板计算机、 一公众显示广告牌、 一广告广告牌、 一电子白板或一个人数字助理。
为达上述目的, 一种数据传输系统包括一操作装置以及一电子装置。 电子 装置包括一显示面板及一收发模块, 显示面板具有至少一个电极, 收发模块具 有一传送单元及一接收单元。 电子装置与操作装置之间的信息交换至少为下列 方式的其中之一: 通过操作装置耦合接收从电极所发出的一第一数据, 或是通 过传送单元将一第二数据从电子装置传送至操作装置, 或是通过接收单元接收 从操作装置传送的一第三资料。
在一实施例中, 操作装置具有至少一个信号传输端, 信号传输端包括扩充 连接器、 高分辨率多媒体接头、 迷你显示端口、 通用串行总线、 微型通用串行 总线、 影音端子或电源输入端子等以连接其它周边装置。
在一实施例中, 操作装置具有独立的中央处理器及操作系统。
在一实施例中, 操作装置接近或接触电子装置时, 第一数据从显示面板的 电极传送至操作装置, 或第二数据从传送单元传送至操作装置。
在一实施例中, 数据传输系统还包括一感应装置, 当一用户于显示面板上 操作时, 通过用户将电子装置的一第四数据耦合至感应装置。
在一实施例中, 感应装置将一第五数据传送至电子装置或操作装置。
在一实施例中, 操作装置包括一扩充座、 一手机、 一平板计算机、 一个人 计算机、 一用户、 一个人数字助理。
承上所述, 因本发明的电子装置及数据传输系统中, 电子装置与操作装置 之间的信息交换至少为下列方式的其中之一: 通过操作装置耦合接收从电极所 发出的一第一数据, 或是通过传送单元将一第二数据从电子装置传送至操作装 置, 或是通过接收单元接收从操作装置传送的一第三资料。 借此, 可提供一近 距离的无线数据传输方式, 除了可用于近距离的数据或档案的传输方式外, 还 可与既有的通讯传输系统搭配, 达到远距离的数据交换。 在本发明的一实施例 中, 可例如利用此架构的电子装置将数据或档案通过信号耦合方式在近距离内 传送至另一电子装置, 而后再利用其它通讯方法进行数据传输, 以扩大电子装 置的应用层面。

以下将参照相关附图, 说明依本发明优选实施例的一种电子装置及数据传 输系统, 其中相同的元件将以相同的元件符号加以说明。
请参照图 1A及图 1B所示, 其中, 图 1A为本发明优选实施例的一种数据传 输系统的功能方块示意图, 而图 1B为本发明优选实施例的一种数据传输系统的 示意图。
数据传输系统包括一电子装置 1以及一操作装置 2, 其系相互耦接, 并可为 实体连接方式的电性耦接, 或可为无线耦合方式的电性耦接, 借此可于两者之 间建立数据或档案的传输管道。 其中, 电子装置 1及操作装置 2 内可例如分别 具有处理控制系统、 储存系统或传送系统等等功能性系统。 于此, 「系统」 可通 过硬件、 软件、 或韧体、 或其组合所构成。
电子装置 1 具有独立的中央处理器及操作系统而具有独立作业的能力, 而 操作装置 2 可例如为一被动装置, 或者也可具有独立的中央处理器及操作系统 而具有独立作业的能力。 其中, 电子装置 1 例如可为一手机、 一平板计算机、 一公众显示广告牌、 一广告广告牌、 一电子白板或一个人数字助理, 而操作装 置 2例如可为一扩充座 (docking)、 一手机、 一平板计算机、 一个人计算机、 一用户 (特别是用户的手)、 一个人数字助理。 在本实施例中, 如图 1B所示, 电子装置 1 以一平板计算机, 而操作装置 2 以一可与平板计算机连接的扩充座 为例, 且两者通过电性连接端子的实体连接方式。 另外, 操作装置 2 可为一用 户搭配 (如配戴或是手持) 一接收装置, 利用用户作为传送信号的载体。
如图 1A所示, 电子装置 1包括一显示面板 11及一收发模块 12。 显示面板 11可为一液晶显示面板或一有机发光二极管显示面板,而收发模块 12可例如设 置于电子装置 1远离显示面板 11的一侧 (例如于电子装置 1的背面), 并可具 有一传送单元 121及一接收单元 122。另外, 操作装置 2还可具有另一收发模块 (图未显示), 且操作装置 2的收发模块还可具有传送单元及接收单元。 于此, 电子装置 1可具有另一收发模块, 其与操作装置 2的另一收发模块可为一包括 一较长距离的通讯模块, 例如包括一有线或无线局域网络模块 (无线网络模块 例如可为 WI-FI、或 WLAN等等)、一蓝牙模块、一电信网络模块、或一射频模块, 或其组合。 于此, 并不加以限定。 须注意, 本发明说明书中所指的收发模块是 强调以其功能来区分, 例如收发模块 12与另一收发模块, 在实际应用上, 可将 不同功能的模块整合在一起, 成为单一的收发模块, 如此均属本发明的范围。
显示面板 11具有至少一个电极 111, 并可具有像素矩阵, 而像素矩阵可为 一主云力式矩阵 ( active matrix ) 或为一被云力式矩阵式 (passive matrix ) 0 于 此, 并不加以限制。 另外, 显示面板 11可包括多个行电极 (例如扫描线, 图未 显示)、 多个列电极 (例如数据线, 图未显示) 及多个像素电极, 且所述行电极 与所述列电极交错设置。 此外, 显示面板 11还可包括多个晶体管 (图未显示), 且所述晶体管分别与所述行电极、 所述列电极、 以及所述像素电极电性连接。 于此, 电极 111可为显示面板 11上的一独立电极, 或为显示面板 11上的所述 行电极或所述列电极的其中之一, 并不加以限定。 而电子装置 1 可通过显示面 板 11上的电极 111, 并利用电磁耦合 (例如电容或电感耦合) 而发出一第一资 料 FD。其中, 当操作装置 2在显示面板 11的显示面上操作时(接触或不接触均 可),第一数据 FD可从电子装置 1的显示面板 11的电极 111耦合至操作装置 2。 于此, 第一数据 FD可为一编码信号, 例如可隐含有电子装置 1关于显示屏幕的 坐标或其它欲传送的数据或档案, 而耦合大致上是无线的方式, 形成一种近场 (Near Field) 的信号传送。 当然, 若为其它应用, 则第一数据 FD也可由任一 欲传送的信息所构成, 例如触控信息、 指令信息、 识别信息、 交易信息或档案 信息 (音乐、 图片、 文字等等)。
第一资料 FD施加在显示面板 11的电极 111上, 而显示面板 11上当然也另 外施加显示用的资料信号以显示影像。 其中, 第一数据 FD可例如在显示数据信 号施加的空档时间 (blanking time ) 来施加, 例如利用两图框 (frame ) 之间、 或两行电极扫描之间、 或者借缩短显示信号施加时间以产生空档、 或者在显示 信号上直接迭加一高于显示信号频率的信号。
此外, 电子装置 1还可包括一控制模块 (图未显示), 控制模块可分别与显 示面板 11及收发模块 12电性耦接。 其中, 控制模块可包括电子装置 1的核心 控制组件, 并例如可包括至少一个中央处理器(central processing unit, CPU) 及一内存, 或包括其它控制硬件、 软件或韧体, 以驱动及控制电子装置 1 的所 有作动。
本发明的数据传输系统中, 电子装置 1与操作装置 2之间的信息交换可至 少为下列方式的其中之一: 通过操作装置 2耦合接收从电极 111所发出的第一 数据 FD,或是通过传送单元 121将一第二数据 SD从电子装置 1传送至操作装置 2, 或是通过接收单元 122接收从操作装置 2传送的一第三资料 TD。
换言之, 本发明的数据传输系统中, 于操作装置 2 接近或接触电子装置 1 时, 电子装置 1的第一数据 FD可从显示面板 11的电极 111通过信号耦合方式 传送至操作装置 2, 或者电子装置 1的第二资料 SD可从传送单元 121传送至操 作装置 2,或者可通过电子装置 1的接收单元 122接收从操作装置 2传送的第三 数据 TD (第三数据 TD例如可从其它装置输入操作装置 2, 或为操作装置 2所拥 有)。 其中, 第一数据 FD、 第二数据 SD与第三数据 TD的传输途径不相同, 因此 不会互相影响或干扰, 且三种数据可同时或不同时进行传输, 亦无先后次序关 系, 其传输内容及信号形式可相同或不同。 另外, 操作装置 2所接收的第一数 据 FD或第二数据 SD, 可经处理后而得到第三数据 TD。 若有需要, 第三数据 TD 可再回传至电子装置 1, 并被电子装置 1的接收单元 122所接收。举例而言, 例 如电子装置 1要将一照片传送至操作装置 2时, 电子装置 1可先将所述照片编 码后, 透过显示面板 11的电极 111耦合至操作装置 2, 而操作装置 2接收此编 码信号而得到此照片; 或者电子装置 1也可透过传送单元 121将照片传送至操 作装置 2。 虽然传输的路径及信号不同, 但操作装置 2得到的照片可相同。 当操 作装置 2收到此照片后, 可再传送例如一响应信息, 并透过电子装置 2的接收 单元 122接收, 以通知电子装置 2已确收此照片。 另外, 电子装置 1也可将一 数据先分割成一第一部分数据及一第二部分数据, 并将第一部分数据及第二部 分数据通过显示面板 11的电极 111及传送单元 121分别传送至操作装置 2, 而 操作装置 2再组合成一完整的数据。 于此, 均不加以限制。
如图 1B所示, 本实施例的操作装置 2可具有至少一个信号传输端 C, 信号 传输端 C可例如包括扩充连接器(dock connector ),高分辨率多媒体接头(HDMI 接头)、 迷你显示端口、 通用串行总线 (universal serial bus, USB)、 微型通 用串行总线 (micro universal serial bus, micro USB)、 影音端子 (AV端子) 或电源输入端子, 或其任意组合, 以连接其它接口设备。 其中, 扩充连接器例 如为一 30支接脚的连接头, 并可与苹果公司生产的 iPad或 iPhone作连接。 因 此, 操作装置 2也可通过信号传输端 C外接一输出、 入装置 (例如鼠标、 键盘、 打印机, 或其它的数据产生或接收装置), 以延伸电子装置 1的功能。 当然, 电 子装置 1也可具有上述的信号传输端, 以与操作装置 2或其它的周边的电子装 置进行实体导线的连接。
于其它的实施态样中, 操作装置 2 可包括一用户及另一电子装置 (图未显 示), 可通过用户的手同时接触电子装置 1 的显示面板 11 的显示面及另一电子 装置, 以将第一数据 FD传送至另一电子装置。 换言之, 就是将用户作为载体而 将数据传送至其它的电子装置。 其实际的动作可例如用户的右手在显示面板 11 的显示面上操作, 而左手碰触另一电子装置, 如此, 信号可从用户的右手进入 身体, 并从左手传出, 以将人体作为信号的传输媒介。
另外, 请参照图 2所示, 其为本发明另一实施例的一种数据传输系统的功 能方块示意图。
与图 1A的数据传输系统主要的不同在于, 图 2的数据传输系统的操作装置 2a可包括一收发模块 21、另一收发模块 22及一显示面板 23, 而电子装置 la还 可包括另一收发模块 13。 于此, 操作装置 2a例如可为一手机, 而收发模块 22 及另一收发模块 13例如可分别包括一有线或无线局域网络模块、 一蓝牙模块、 一电信网络模块、 或一射频模块, 或其组合, 以进行数据或档案的传输。
操作装置 2a的收发模块 21具有一传送单元 211及一接收单元 212。 其中, 操作装置 2a的接收单元 212可接收从电子装置 la的传送单元 121所传送的第 二数据 SD,而电子装置 la的接收单元 122可接收从操作装置 2a的传送单元 211 所传送的第三数据 TD, 以达到例如近距离档案或数据交换的目的。 另外, 操作 装置 2a的另一收发模块 22及电子装置 la的另一收发模块 13可例如分别为一 长距离通讯模块, 以使用于长距离的数据交换, 例如可通过电子装置 la的收发 模块 13传送一档案或一数据至一云端设备, 再通过操作装置 2a联系所述云端 设备, 以通过收发模块 22从云端设备接收电子装置 la的收发模块 13所传送的 档案或数据, 以达到长距离数据交换的目的。
另外, 操作装置 2a的显示面板 23具有至少一个电极 231, 并可通过电极 231将一传送数据 DD通过耦合而传送至电子装置 la, 以被电子装置 la所接收。 其中, 当操作装置 2a接收从电子装置 la的电极 111所传送的第一数据 FD时, 传送数据 DD可为第一数据 FD的一反应信号; 或者, 当操作装置 2a接收从电子 装置 la传送的第二数据 SD时, 第三数据 TD或传送数据 DD也可为第二数据 SD 的一反应信号。 于此, 反应信号可为一信息通知电子装置 la关于操作装置 2a 的接收状态; 还可为一信息通知操作装置 2a准备接收信号; 还可为操作装置 2a 与电子装置 la之间的同步用信号。 如此可在信号发射与接收之间建立一互动交 谈机制。 另外, 反应信号还可兼做两者同步功能, 以构成一信息交握 ( information handshaking) 过程。 此外, 第一数据 FD若隐含操作装置 la关 于显示屏幕的坐标时, 则第三数据 TD或传送数据 DD还可隐含有所述坐标的信 息 (例如触控信息)。
以下, 以一广告系统为例来说明图 2的数据传输系统。 于此, 电子装置 la 例如可为一广告用的大型公众广告牌 (publ ic display) , 并例如可提供机场或 车站附近的旅馆或餐厅数据给游客或订购者, 而操作装置 2a例如可为一手机、 一平板计算机或其它个人使用的可携式电子装置。
电子装置 la可提供机场、 车站附近或其它地区的旅馆或餐厅资料, 此时可 以使用电子装置 la的显示面板 11 (或传送单元 121 ) 来作为传输媒介。 当用户 查询到目标时, 可以通过手机、 平板计算机或其它个人使用的可携式电子装置 (操作装置 2a), 并通过操作装置 2a的接收单元 212靠近或接触此公众广告牌 (显示面板 11 ), 以将第一数据 FD (例如地址、 地图、 折价券、 QR码 (quick response code ), 图片、 影片、 动画、 文字说明等等) 耦合下载到操作装置 2a 中带走; 或可选择将操作装置 2a的接收单元 212靠近或接触此公众广告牌, 并 通过电子装置 la的传送单元 121将第二数据 SD (例如地址、折价券、 QR码 (Quick Response code ), 图片、 影片、 动画、 文字说明等等) 下载到操作装置 2a的接 收单元 212中带走。 下载完成后, 再将传送数据 DD (响应信息) 通过操作装置 2a的显示面板 23的至少一个电极 231回传至电子装置 la, 或者通过操作装置 2a的收发模块 21的传送单元 211回传第三数据 TD (响应信息)至接收单元 122, 以完成整个收发程序。 或者当用户到达另一地点时, 也可通过操作装置 2a的收 发模块 22将一响应数据 RS传送至云端, 并通知电子装置 la, 并由电子装置 la 的收发模块 13从云端接收此响应数据 RS。
另外, 再以商品的贩卖结帐系统为例, 用户可通过操作装置 2a的收发模块 21靠近或接触电子装置 la的传送单元 121 (或显示面板 11 ), 先接收需要的商 品信息 (第二数据 SD或第一数据 FD) , 然后在结帐柜台将订购信息 (第三数据 TD或传送数据 DD) 回传给一电子装置(不一定回到电子装置 la, 还可为其它的 电子装置), 以完成订购。 亦即, 可通过将操作装置 2a的收发模块 21靠近或接 触电子装置 la的传送单元 121 (或显示面板 11 ), 而将如广告信息、 优惠信息、 地理信息等等传送至手机、 平板计算机或其它个人使用的可携式电子装置。 然 后,用户可再通过操作装置 2a利用相同的数据交换流程,将对应的订购信息(第 三数据 TD或传送数据 DD)传送至电子装置 la的接收单元 122或收发模块 13或 其它具相同数据交换功能的电子装置 la。最后, 电子装置 la可于订购完成后再 通过电子装置 la的收发模块 13及操作装置 2a的收发模块 22通知消费者所述 订购交易已完成。
另外, 请参照图 3所示, 其为本发明又一实施例的一种数据传输系统的功 能方块示意图。
与图 1A的数据传输系统主要不同的是, 图 3的数据传输系统还可包括一感 应装置 3, 当一用户于电子装置 2的显示面板 11上操作时, 电子装置 1通过所 述用户的皮肤接触而将一第四数据 F0D耦合传送至感应装置 3。于此, 感应装置 3可例如为配戴于用户手上的手环, 并可通过手环 (感应装置 3 ) 将用户在显示 面板 11上操作时, 将电子装置 1的第四数据 F0D耦合或发射至感应装置 3。 其 中, 手环(感应装置 3 ) 内也可具有处理的电路, 并可将第四数据 F0D处理后得 到一第五数据 FID, 并再通过手环 (感应装置 3 )将第五数据 FID传给电子装置 1, 或传给操作装置 2。 于此, 图 3显示第五数据 FID传给操作装置 2。 此外, 图 2及图 3的数据传输系统的其它技术特征可参照上述图 1A的数据 传输系统, 于此不再赘述。
综上所述, 因本发明的电子装置及数据传输系统中, 电子装置与操作装置 之间的信息交换至少为下列方式的其中之一: 通过操作装置耦合接收发自显示 面板电极的信号, 以得到一第一数据, 或是通过传送单元将一第二数据从电子 装置传送至操作装置, 或是通过接收单元接收从操作装置传送的一第三资料。 借此, 可提供一近距离的无线数据传输方式, 除了可用于近距离的数据或档案 的传输方式外, 还可与既有的通讯传输系统搭配, 达到远距离的数据交换。 在 本发明的一实施例中, 可例如利用此架构的电子装置将数据或档案通过信号耦 合方式在近距离内传送至另一电子装置, 而后再利用其它通讯方法进行数据传 输, 以扩大电子装置的应用层面。
以上所述仅是举例性, 而非限制性。 任何未脱离本发明的精神与范畴, 而 对其进行的等效修改或变更, 均应包括在权利要求所限定的范围内。

3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 至少所述操作装置及所 述电子装置其中之一具有另一收发模块, 所述另一收发模块包括一有线或无线 局域网络模块, 一蓝牙模块, 一电信网络模块, 或一射频模块, 或其组合。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 当所述操作装置接近或 接触所述电子装置时, 所述第一资料从所述显示面板的所述电极传送至所述操 作装置, 或所述第二资料从所述传送单元传送至所述操作装置。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 所述收发模块设置于所 述电子装置远离所述显示面板的一侧。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 所述操作装置具有另一 显示面板, 并通过所述另一显示面板的至少一个电极将一传送数据耦合至所述 电子装置的另一收发模块。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 所述电子装置包括一手 机、 一平板计算机、 一公众显示广告牌、 一广告广告牌、 一电子白板或一个人 数字助理。
8、 一种数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
一操作装置; 以及
一电子装置, 包括一显示面板及一收发模块, 所述显示面板具有至少一个 电极, 所述收发模块具有一传送单元及一接收单元,
其中, 所述电子装置与所述操作装置之间的信息交换至少为下列方式的其 中之一,
通过所述操作装置耦合接收从所述电极所发出的一第一数据, 或是 通过所述传送单元将一第二数据从所述电子装置传送至所述操作装置, 或 是
通过所述接收单元接收从所述操作装置传送的一第三资料。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述电极为所述显 示面板的一独立电极, 或所述显示面板的多个行电极或多个列电极的其中之一。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 至少所述操作装 置及所述电子装置其中之一具有另一收发模块, 所述另一收发模块包括一有线 或无线局域网络模块, 一蓝牙模块, 一电信网络模块, 或一射频模块, 或其组 合。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述操作装置具 有至少一个信号传输端, 所述信号传输端包括扩充连接器、 高分辨率多媒体接 头、 迷你显示端口、 通用串行总线、 微型通用串行总线、 影音端子或电源输入 端子, 或其任意组合。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述操作装置具 有独立的中央处理器及操作系统。
13、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 当所述操作装置 接近或接触所述电子装置时, 所述第一资料从所述显示面板的所述电极传送至 所述操作装置, 或所述第二资料从所述传送单元传送至所述操作装置。
14、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述收发模块设 置于所述电子装置远离所述显示面板的一侧。
15、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述操作装置具 有另一显示面板, 并通过所述另一显示面板的至少一个电极将一传送数据耦合 至所述电子装置的另一收发模块。
16、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 一感应装置, 当一用户于所述显示面板上操作时, 通过所述用户将所述电 子装置的一第四资料耦合至所述感应装置。
17、 根据权利要求 15所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述感应装置将 一第五数据传送至所述电子装置或所述操作装置。
18、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述操作装置包 括一扩充座、 一手机、 一平板计算机、 一个人计算机、 一用户、 一个人数字助 理。
19、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子装置包 括一手机、 一平板计算机、 一公众显示广告牌、 一广告广告牌、 一电子白板或 一个人数字助理。
