Claims (8)
- 主蓄電装置(10)と、
車輪(50)との間で駆動力を授受可能に構成された電動機(30)と前記主蓄電装置との間での電力変換によって前記電動機の出力を制御するように構成された電力制御ユニット(20)と、
前記主蓄電装置よりも出力電圧が低い副蓄電装置(70)と、
前記副蓄電装置と接続されて、補機負荷(95)を作動させるための補機系電力を供給する電力線(155p)と、
前記主蓄電装置の出力電力を前記補機系電力に変換して前記電力線へ出力するための第1の電力変換器(60)と、
外部充電時に、外部電源(400)からの電力を前記主蓄電装置の充電電力に変換する第1の電力変換を実行するための充電器(200)と、
前記第1の電力変換の経路上の所定ノードに接続されて、前記所定ノードの電力を前記補機系電力に変換して前記電力線へ出力するための第2の電力変換器(170,171)と、
前記充電器、前記第1の電力変換器、および前記第2の電力変換器の動作を制御するための制御装置(80)とを備え、
前記第1の電力変換器は、前記制御装置からの第1の補機給電指示に応答して動作することによって前記補機系電力を出力し、
前記充電器は、車両走行時に、前記制御装置からの第2の補機給電指示に応答して、前記第1の電力変換の少なくとも一部の逆変換によって、前記主蓄電装置の電力を前記第2の電力変換器への入力電力に変換して前記所定ノードへ出力する第2の電力変換を実行するように構成され、
前記第2の電力変換器は、前記車両走行時には、前記制御装置からの前記第2の補機給電指示に応答して動作することによって前記補機系電力を出力し、
前記制御装置は、前記車両走行時に、前記主蓄電装置の充電制限および、前記電動機による回生電力の少なくとも一方に応じて、前記第1の補機給電指示のみを発生する第1のモードと、前記第1および第2の補機給電指示の両方を発生する第2のモードとを切換えて前記補機系電力を発生するように、前記充電器、前記第1の電力変換器、および前記第2の電力変換器を制御する、電動車両の電源装置。 - 前記制御装置(80)は、前記車両走行時に、前記主蓄電装置(10)への充電が禁止されているときに前記第2のモードを選択する、請求項1記載の電動車両の電源装置。
- 前記制御装置(80)は、前記車両走行時に、前記電動機(30)が回生発電中であって、かつ、前記主蓄電装置への充電電力上限値が所定値よりも低いときに前記第2のモードを選択する、請求項1記載の電動車両の電源装置。
- 前記制御装置(80)は、前記第2のモードの選択時に、前記第1および前記第2の電力変換器からのトータル出力電力に応じて、前記第1の電力変換器(60)の出力電力と、前記第2の電力変換器(170,171)の出力電力との比率(Pr)を制御する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電動車両の電源装置。
- 前記制御装置は、
前記トータル出力電力毎に、前記第1および前記第2の電力変換器での損失の合計が最大となる前記比率を予め求めたマップ(85)に基づいて、前記第2のモードの選択時における前記比率(Pr)を設定する、請求項4記載の電動車両の電源装置。 - 主蓄電装置および前記主蓄電装置よりも出力電圧が低い副蓄電装置を備えた電動車両の電源装置の制御方法であって、
前記電源装置は、
車輪(50)との間で駆動力を授受可能に構成された電動機(30)と前記主蓄電装置との間での電力変換によって前記電動機の出力を制御するように構成された電力制御ユニット(20)と、
前記副蓄電装置と接続されて、補機負荷(95)を作動させるための補機系電力を供給する電力線(155p)と、
前記主蓄電装置の出力電力を前記補機系電力に変換して前記電力線へ出力するための第1の電力変換器(60)と、
外部充電時に、外部電源(400)からの電力を前記主蓄電装置の充電電力に変換する第1の電力変換を実行するための充電器(200)と、
前記第1の電力変換の経路上の所定ノードに接続されて、前記所定ノードの電力を前記補機系電力に変換して前記電力線へ出力するための第2の電力変換器(170,171)とを備え、
前記第1の電力変換器は、第1の補機給電指示に応答して動作することによって前記補機系電力を出力し、
前記充電器は、車両走行時に、第2の補機給電指示に応答して、前記第1の電力変換の少なくとも一部の逆変換によって、前記主蓄電装置の電力を前記第2の電力変換器への入力電力に変換して前記所定ノードへ出力する第2の電力変換を実行するように構成され、
前記第2の電力変換器は、前記車両走行時には、前記第2の補機給電指示に応答して動作することによって前記補機系電力を出力し、
前記制御方法は、
前記車両走行時に、前記主蓄電装置の充電制限および、前記電動機による回生電力の少なくとも一方に応じて、前記第1の補機給電指示のみを発生する第1のモードと、前記第1および第2の補機給電指示の両方を発生する第2のモードとの一方を選択するステップ(S110-S130,S160)
選択された前記第1または第2のモードに従って前記補機系電力を発生するように、前記充電器、前記第1の電力変換器、および前記第2の電力変換器を制御するステップ(S140、S150,S170,S180,S200)とを備える、電動車両の電源装置の制御方法。 - 前記制御するステップは、
前記第2のモードの選択時に、前記第1および前記第2の電力変換器からのトータル出力電力(Ptl)に応じて、前記第1の電力変換器(60)の出力電力と、前記第2の電力変換器(170,171)の出力電力との比率(Pr)を設定するステップ(S150)を含む、請求項6記載の電動車両の電源装置の制御方法。 - 前記設定するステップ(S150)は、前記トータル出力電力(Ptl)毎に、前記第1および前記第2の電力変換器での損失の合計が最大となる前記比率(Pr)を予め求めたマップ(85)に基づいて、前記第2のモードの選択時における前記比率を設定する、請求項7記載の電動車両の電源装置の制御方法。
