Description
請求項2の発明にかかる補機バッテリ用電力供給装置は、前記充電ケーブルから前記コンバータへ前記外部電力を供給する回路に設けられ、当該回路の接続を前記制御部の制御によってオンオフする半導体スイッチを備え、前記開閉スイッチと前記半導体スイッチとは並列に接続されている、ことを特徴とする。
請求項3の発明にかかる補機バッテリ用電力供給装置は、ユーザに操作されることにより前記開閉スイッチをオンオフするよう連動して構成された操作スイッチを備え、前記操作スイッチは、前記起動スイッチの近傍に設置されることを特徴とする。
請求項4の発明にかかる補機バッテリ用電力供給装置は、ユーザに操作されることにより前記開閉スイッチをオンオフするよう連動して構成された操作スイッチを備え、前記操作スイッチは、前記充電ケーブルが接続される前記電動車の充電口の近傍に設置されることを特徴とする。
本発明によれば、補機バッテリの蓄電量が電動車の起動可能電力量未満の場合(補機バッテリ上がり時)にも、充電ケーブルから外部電力を取り込んで補機用電力に変換して電動車の起動することができ、利便性を向上することができる。
本発明によれば、開閉スイッチと半導体スイッチとが並列に接続されているので、補機バッテリ上がり時には制御部に代わり開閉スイッチで充電ケーブルからコンバータへの外部電力の供給をオンオフすることができる。
本発明によれば、ユーザによる開閉スイッチのオンオフ操作を受け付ける操作スイッチを電動車の起動スイッチの近傍に設置したので、2つのスイッチを連続して押下することができ、電動車のジャンプスタート時の操作性を向上させることができる。
本発明によれば、ユーザによる開閉スイッチのオンオフ操作を受け付ける操作スイッチを充電口の近傍に設置したので、充電口に充電ケーブルを接続した後、すぐに操作スイッチをオンにすることができ、迅速にコンバータへの電源供給を開始することができる。
図1は、実施の形態にかかる電力供給システム10の構成を示すブロック図である。実施の形態にかかる電力供給システム10は、電力を用いて走行する電動車に搭載されている。ここで、電動車とは、電力のみを用いて走行する電気自動車であってもよいし、電力とガソリンを用いて走行するハイブリット自動車(特に充電口が設けられ、外部からの充電が可能なプラグインハイブリット自動車)であってもよい。
なお、電動車の充電は、普通充電および急速充電のいずれの場合も電動車の停車中(電動車の非起動時)におこなうものとする。
なお、車載充電器110および第2コンバータ114は、他の電装機器と同様に補機用電力(12V DC)を駆動用電力とする。
図2は、スイッチ122の構成を示す説明図である。
スイッチ122は、機械式の開閉スイッチ122Aと、半導体スイッチ122Bと、操作スイッチ122Cによって構成される。開閉スイッチ122Aは、充電ケーブル204から第1コンバータ112へ外部電力を供給する回路に設けられ、当該回路の接続をユーザの操作に基づきオンオフする。このユーザ操作は、ユーザに操作されることにより開閉スイッチ122Aをオンオフするよう連動して構成された操作スイッチ122Cによって受け付られる。また、半導体スイッチ122は、充電ケーブル204から第1コンバータ122へ外部電力を供給する回路に設けられ、当該回路の接続を制御部116の制御によってオンオフする。
図3は、電力供給システム10における各バッテリへの電力供給処理を示すフローチャートである。初めに普通充電について説明する。普通充電口106に充電ケーブル204が接続されると、スイッチ122(通常は半導体スイッチ122B)がオンにされ、普通充電中となる(ステップS301:Yes)。
図4は、電動車の起動処理を示すフローチャートである。本フローチャートでは、補機バッテリ102の蓄電量が電動車の起動可能電力量以上の場合における「通常起動時」の処理と、補機バッテリ102の蓄電量が電動車の起動可能電力量未満(12Vバッテリ上がり)の場合における「ジャンプスタート時」の処理と、について説明する。
Claims (4)
- 電力を用いて走行する電動車に搭載された補機バッテリ用電力供給装置であって、
前記電動車の補機用電力を蓄電する補機バッテリと、
前記電動車の充電口に接続された充電ケーブルを介して外部電源から供給される外部電力を前記補機用電力に変換して前記補機バッテリに供給するコンバータと、
前記充電ケーブルから前記コンバータへ前記外部電力を供給する回路に設けられ、当該回路の接続をユーザの操作に基づきオンオフする開閉スイッチと、
前記補機用電力を用いて稼働し、前記電動車の制御処理をおこなう制御部と、
ユーザによる前記制御部の起動操作を受け付ける起動スイッチと、を備え、
前記開閉スイッチと前記起動スイッチが共にオン状態であり、前記補機バッテリの蓄電量が前記電動車の起動可能電力量未満の場合は、前記外部電力を前記コンバータに供給し前記補機バッテリの蓄電量を前記電動車の起動可能電力量以上にして前記制御部を起動させる、
ことを特徴とする補機バッテリ用電力供給装置。 - 前記充電ケーブルから前記コンバータへ前記外部電力を供給する回路に設けられ、当該回路の接続を前記制御部の制御によってオンオフする半導体スイッチを備え、
前記開閉スイッチと前記半導体スイッチとは並列に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の補機バッテリ用電力供給装置。 - ユーザに操作されることにより前記開閉スイッチをオンオフするよう連動して構成された操作スイッチを備え、
前記操作スイッチは、前記起動スイッチの近傍に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の補機バッテリ用電力供給装置。 - ユーザに操作されることにより前記開閉スイッチをオンオフするよう連動して構成された操作スイッチを備え、
前記操作スイッチは、前記充電ケーブルが接続される前記電動車の充電口の近傍に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の補機バッテリ用電力供給装置。
