Description
Rと、バッテリの負極に設けられた負極SMRと、正極SMRに並列接続され、抵抗が直列接続されたプリチャージ用SMRが存在する(負極SMRを有しないものであっても、電極の正負が逆であっても構わない)。このインバータの入力側の端子間には、電圧値の変動を平滑化してインバータの作動を安定させるべく大容量の電解コンデンサが設けられる。ハイブリッド車両を走行させる際に、イグニッションスイッチの操作によりメインSMRを閉じて(正極SMRと負極SMRとを閉じて)コンデンサを充電するが、コンデンサをバッテリで直接充電すると大電流が流れてSMRの接点が損傷する可能性がある。そこで、先ずプリチャージ用SMRを閉じて制限抵抗等で電流を制限しながら一定の時間が経過するまでコンデンサをプリチャージし、プリチャージが終了した後にメインSMRを閉じることによりSMRの接点の損傷を防止している。なお、一方の電極に、プリチャージ用SMRとメインSMRとを切換える回路さえ有すれば、プリチャージ処理は可能である。
ハイブリッドシステムの起動要求であるシステム起動指令信号が検出されると(S1000にてYES)、補機用バッテリ600からECU400への供給電圧値B(1)が検出される(S1100)。補機用バッテリ600が十分に充電された状態であると、この電圧値B(1)がしきい値以上である(S1200にてYES)。
補機用バッテリ600が十分に高い電圧値の電力をECU400に供給していないために、ECU400は、+B(2)端子420に接続されたコンデンサ228から供給された電力により以下の処理を実行する。
Claims (6)
- 車両補機用の低電圧蓄電機構と走行負荷用の高電圧蓄電機構とから構成される電源回路の制御装置であって、前記高電圧蓄電機構は複数の蓄電機構が直列に接続されて構成され、
前記制御装置は、前記低電圧蓄電機構および起動用蓄電機構の少なくともいずれかから供給された電力により作動され、
前記電源回路は、
前記走行負荷と前記高電圧蓄電機構との間の状態を、電気的な接続状態および非接続状態のいずれかの状態に切換えるための第1の切換手段と、
前記複数の蓄電機構の中の一部の蓄電機構により充電される前記起動用蓄電機構と、
前記一部の蓄電機構と前記起動用蓄電機構との間の状態を、電気的な接続状態および非接続状態のいずれかの状態に切換えるための第2の切換手段とを含み、
前記第2の切換手段は、前記制御装置から電力が供給されると前記一部の蓄電機構と前記起動用蓄電機構との間を非接続状態にするとともに、前記制御装置から電力が供給されないと前記一部の蓄電機構と前記起動用蓄電機構との間を接続状態にするための手段を含み、
前記制御装置は、
前記電源回路の作動開始要求を検出すると、前記走行負荷と前記高電圧蓄電機構との間を電気的に接続状態とするように、前記第1の切換手段を制御するための手段と、
前記第1の切換手段により前記走行負荷と前記高電圧蓄電機構とが電気的に接続状態になる前に、前記一部の蓄電機構と前記起動用蓄電機構との間が電気的に非接続状態になるように前記第2の切換手段を制御するための手段とを含む、制御装置。 - 前記第2の切換手段は、前記制御装置から励磁コイルに電力が供給されると前記一部の蓄電機構と前記起動用蓄電機構との間が電気的に非接続状態になり、前記制御装置から励磁コイルに電力が供給されないと前記一部の蓄電機構と前記起動用蓄電機構との間が電気的に接続状態になる、常閉リレーである、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御装置は、
前記低電圧蓄電機構から供給される電力が不足しているか否かを判断するための手段と、
前記低電圧蓄電機構から供給される電力が不足していると判断されると、前記高電圧蓄電機構の電力を前記低電圧蓄電機構に供給するための手段とをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記電源回路は、前記高電圧蓄電機構の電力を所望の電圧値まで変更するコンバータをさらに含み、
前記制御装置は、
前記低電圧蓄電機構から供給される電力が不足しているか否かを判断するための手段と、
前記低電圧蓄電機構から供給される電力が不足していると判断されると、前記高電圧蓄電機構の電力を、前記コンバータを用いて降圧した電力を、前記低電圧蓄電機構に供給するための手段とをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記高電圧蓄電機構は複数のバッテリセルが直列に接続されたバッテリであって、前記バッテリセルにはバッテリセルの電圧値を検出する電圧検出線が設けられ、
前記複数のバッテリセルの中の一部のバッテリセルと前記起動用蓄電機構とは、前記電圧検出線を用いて接続される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の制御装置。 - 前記第1の切換手段は、前記走行負荷と前記高電圧蓄電機構の一方の極との電気的な通電/非通電を制御する第1のリレーおよび前記第1のリレーに直列に接続された抵抗を有する回路と、前記回路に並列に接続された第2のリレーとを含み、
前記第1の切換手段を制御するための手段は、前記第2のリレーを通電状態に切換える前に、前記第1のリレーを通電状態に切換えることにより、前記走行負荷側に設けられた平滑コンデンサのプリチャージ処理を実行するための手段を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の制御装置。
