Description
この電源装置は、アース線の接続不良が発生すると、アーススイッチでもってバッテリケースをシャーシーアースに接続する。したがって、アース線が接続不良になっても、漏電検出回路でもって走行用バッテリの漏電を検出して、高い安全性を保証できる。
以上の電源装置は、接続状態検出回路を極めて低コストにしながら、安定して確実にアース線の接続不良を検出できる特徴がある。
走行用バッテリ11に漏電がないとき、各点の電圧は以下のようになる。
(1)直列抵抗57の中点の電圧
この点の電圧は、ふたつの直列抵抗57で走行用バッテリ11の出力電圧の200Vを分圧して100Vとなる。
(2)分圧抵抗58の中間接続点電圧
この点の電圧も、ふたつの分圧抵抗58で走行用バッテリ11の出力電圧の200Vを分圧して100Vとなる。
(3)アース側抵抗R1の両端の電圧
各組の分圧抵抗58の両端の電圧が100Vとなり、この電圧がアース側抵抗R1と電源側抵抗R2の抵抗値の比率で分割される。アース側抵抗R1と電源側抵抗R2の抵抗値は1:9であるから、分圧抵抗58の両端の電圧である100Vは、10Vと90Vに分圧される。アース側抵抗R1の両端の電圧は10Vとなる。

Claims (3)
- 車両を走行させる走行用バッテリ(11)と、この走行用バッテリ(11)を監視・制御すると共に電源ライン(2)を介して電装用バッテリ(3)に接続してなる監視制御回路(21)と、前記走行用バッテリ(11)と前記監視制御回路(21)とを収納すると共に、アース線(4)を介して車両のシャーシーアース(5)に接続されるバッテリケース(1)とを備える車両用の電源装置であって、
前記アース線(4)の接続状態を検出する接続状態検出回路(40)を備えており、この接続状態検出回路(40)が、前記アース線(4)と車両のシャーシーアース(5)とを介して、バッテリケース(1)と電装用バッテリ(3)の電源ライン(2)との接続状態を検出するようにしてなる車両用の電源装置。 - 前記監視制御回路(21)が漏電検出回路(50)を備えると共に、前記接続状態検出回路(40)がアース線(4)の接続不良を検出する状態で、前記バッテリケース(1)を電源ライン(2)のマイナス側に接続するアーススイッチ(24)をバッテリケース(1)内に設けている請求項1に記載される車両用の電源装置。
- 前記接続状態検出回路(40)が、電源ライン(2)のプラス側とマイナス側の間に接続してなる半導体スイッチング素子(42)を備え、この半導体スイッチング素子(42)の入力側が、バイアス抵抗(43)を介して電源ライン(2)のプラス側と、前記アース線(4)に接続され、アース線(4)がシャーシーアース(5)に接続される状態と接続されない状態で、半導体スイッチング素子(42)のバイアス電圧を変更して、前記半導体スイッチング素子(42)をオンオフに切り換えてアース線(4)の接続状態を検出する請求項1に記載される車両用の電源装置。
