Abstract
【解決手段】駆動システムは、第1交流回転電機20に電気的に接続された第1インバータ51と、第2交流回転電機30に電気的に接続された第2、第3インバータ52、53と、昇圧コンバータ50とを備えている。駆動システムは、第2直流電源61と第1交流回転電機20とが、第3インバータ51、第2交流回転電機30、第2インバータ52及び第1インバータ51を介さずに電気的に接続されないように構成されている。

Description
以下、本発明に係る駆動システムを、走行動力源としてエンジン及び回転電機を備えるハイブリッド車両に適用した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第2実施形態について、上記第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、統括ECU86が第2コンデンサ50c及び第3コンデンサ55の放電制御を行う。
以下、第3実施形態について、上記第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図8に示すように、駆動システムがレンジエクステンダー車両に搭載されている。なお図8において、先の図1に示した構成と同一の構成については、便宜上、同一の符号を付している。
以下、第4実施形態について、上記第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図9に示すように、駆動システムが電動4輪駆動のプラグインハイブリッド車両に搭載されている。なお図9において、先の図1に示した構成と同一の構成については、便宜上、同一の符号を付している。
以下、第5実施形態について、上記第4実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図10及び図11に示すように、第1電源60aとして、2次電池に代えてキャパシタを用いている。また、第1電源60aに高電圧補機130が接続されている。なお図10及び図11において、先の図2及び図9に示した構成と同一の構成については、便宜上、同一の符号を付している。
以下、第6実施形態について、上記第5実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図14に示すように、先の図11に示した構成を、上記第1実施形態の図1に示したハイブリッド車両に適用する。なお図14において、先の図1及び図11に示した構成と同一の構成については、便宜上、同一の符号を付している。
以下、第7実施形態について、上記第5実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図15及び図16に示すように、車両が、DCDCコンバータ140及び第3電源150を備えている。なお図15及び図16において、先の図10及び図11に示した構成と同一の構成については、便宜上、同一の符号を付している。
以下、第8実施形態について、上記第7実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図19に示すように、先の図16に示した構成を、上記第1実施形態の図1に示したハイブリッド車両に適用する。なお図19において、先の図1及び図16に示した構成と同一の構成については、便宜上、同一の符号を付している。

- 第1交流回転電機(20)及び第2交流回転電機(30)を備える駆動システムであって、
前記第1交流回転電機に電気的に接続され、前記第1交流回転電機を駆動する第1インバータ(51)と、
前記第2交流回転電機を構成する各相巻線(30U,30V,30W)の両端のうち第1端側に電気的に接続され、前記第2交流回転電機を駆動する第2インバータ(52)と、
第1直流電源(60;60a)に電気的に接続可能な電源側接続部(Cb1,Cb2)と、前記第1インバータに第1電気経路(LH1,LL1)を介して電気的に接続されてかつ前記第2インバータに第2電気経路(LH2,LL2)を介して電気的に接続されたインバータ側接続部(Ci1,Ci2)と、を有し、前記第1直流電源の出力電圧を昇圧して前記第1インバータ及び前記第2インバータのそれぞれに出力する昇圧コンバータ(50)と、
前記第2交流回転電機を構成する各相巻線の両端のうち第2端側に電気的に接続され、前記第1直流電源とは異なる第2直流電源(61)との間で電力を伝達して前記第2交流回転電機を駆動する第3インバータ(53)と、を備え、

前記異常判定部により前記第2直流電源に異常が生じていると判定された場合、前記第2交流回転電機を駆動させるべく、前記第1直流電源及び前記第3直流電源の少なくとも一方から前記第2交流回転電機に電力が供給されるように前記第2インバータの制御を指示する退避制御部(86)と、を備える請求項7又は8に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記車両は、該車両の走行動力源としてエンジン(10)を備え、
前記DCDCコンバータは、前記第3直流電源から前記第1直流電源に電力を供給可能な双方向DCDCコンバータであり、
前記第1交流回転電機は、前記エンジンの出力軸(10a)に初期回転を付与するスタータ機能を有しており、
前記第2交流回転電機は、前記車両の走行動力源であり、
前記第2直流電源に異常が生じているか否かを判定する異常判定部(86)と、
前記異常判定部により前記第2直流電源に異常が生じていると判定された場合、前記第3直流電源の放電電力で前記第1直流電源が充電されるように、前記DCDCコンバータの制御を指示する異常時制御部(86)と、
前記異常判定部により前記第2直流電源に異常が生じていると判定された場合、前記第1交流回転電機を力行駆動させて前記エンジンの出力軸に初期回転を付与すべく前記第1直流電源から前記第1交流回転電機に電力が供給されるように前記第1インバータの制御を指示して、かつ、前記エンジンの燃焼を開始させる制御を行う退避制御部(86)と、を備える請求項7又は8に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記第1直流電源は、キャパシタ(60a)であり、
前記駆動システムの停止指示信号が入力されたと判定した場合、前記第1直流電源の放電電力で前記第3直流電源が充電されるように前記DCDCコンバータの制御を指示する放電制御部(86)を備える請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記補機(130)は、前記第1直流電源(60a)に電気的に接続され、
前記補機の要求出力電力を取得する出力取得部(86)を備え、
前記回生制御部は、前記第1交流回転電機及び前記第2交流回転電機のうち少なくとも一方から前記昇圧コンバータを介して前記第1直流電源に供給される回生発電電力が、前記出力取得部により取得された前記要求出力電力に応じた電力となるように、前記第2インバータ及び前記第3インバータのうち少なくとも一方の制御を指示する請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記補機は、
回転電機である補機回転電機(130b)と、
前記第1直流電源から出力される直流電力を交流電力に変換して前記補機回転電機に印加すべく操作される補機インバータ(130a)と、を含み、
前記補機回転電機の回転速度及びトルクを取得する補機情報取得部(86)と、
前記補機情報取得部により取得された回転速度及びトルクに基づいて、前記第1直流電源から前記補機インバータへの入力電圧の指令値である補機要求電圧を算出する要求電圧算出部(86)と、
前記第1直流電源の端子電圧を前記補機要求電圧に制御すべく、前記電源側接続部から入力される直流電圧に対する前記インバータ側接続部から出力される直流電圧の比である昇圧比を前記昇圧コンバータの制御により変更する第1処理、前記第1インバータ及び前記第1交流回転電機の間で伝達される電力を前記第1インバータの制御により変更する第2処理、並びに前記第2インバータ及び前記第2交流回転電機の間で伝達される電力を前記第2インバータの制御により変更する第3処理のうち、少なくとも1つの処理を行う処理部(86)と、を備える請求項12に記載の駆動システム。
