- Such a protector 3 can take the following four states.
- the first state as shown in FIG. 2 (FIG. 1), the distal end opening 35 of the protector 3 is more distal than the needle tip 221 of the hollow needle 22 while the chemical solution Q is still stored in the cylinder 21. It is the state located in.
- the protector 3 moves to the proximal end side, so that the needle tip 221 of the hollow needle 22 protrudes from the distal end opening 35 of the protector 3, and the gasket 23 moves in the distal direction. It is in a movable state.
- the third state is a state in which the chemical liquid Q is discharged through the hollow needle 22 by the movement of the gasket 23 in the distal direction.

- the inner side engagement piece 252 of the member 25 for engagement is pushed toward the outer side by each press part 242 of the pusher 24, and the outer side engagement piece of the protector 3 is shown.
- the movement of the protector 3 in the proximal direction is prohibited.
- the liquid injector 1 includes coil springs 4 and 5 made of, for example, stainless steel.
- the coil spring 4 is a member that biases the gasket 23 toward the distal end via the pusher 24 in the third state shown in FIG.
- the coil spring 5 urges the protector 3 toward the tip so that the tip opening 35 of the protector 3 is located on the tip side of the needle tip 221, and is shown in FIG. It is a member that urges the protector 3 toward the distal end when the fourth state is reached.
- the coil spring 4 is installed in a compressed state in the pusher 24 of the inner structure 2.
- the coil spring 4 is formed such that the tip 41 abuts against the bottom of the main body 241 of the pusher 24 and the base end 42 is expanded in diameter to the base end of the buckling prevention member 8 through which the coil spring 4 is inserted. It is in contact with the flange 81. Thereby, the gasket 23 can be reliably urged
- the buckling prevention member 8 is a long member that prevents the coil spring 4 from buckling, that is, bending, when the coil spring 4 contracts.
- the coil spring 5 is installed in a compressed state at the tip of the protector 3.
- the tip of the inner structure 2 is inserted through the coil spring 5.
- the coil spring 5 has a distal end 51 in contact with the proximal end side of the edge 351 of the distal end opening 35 of the protector 3, and a proximal end 52 in contact with the engaging member 25. Thereby, the protector 3 can be reliably urged
- the restricting means 7 is configured to restrict the movement of the inner structure 2 in the distal direction of the pusher 24 in the first state and to release the restriction on the pusher 24 in the second state.
- a restricting means 7 is a tubular first restricting member that is fixedly provided to the tubular body 21 on the proximal end side of the tubular body 21 such that the distal end surface thereof contacts the proximal end surface of the tubular body 21.
- 71 and a ring-shaped second restricting member 72 movably installed on the outer peripheral side of the first restricting member 71.
- the tubular first regulating member 71 has a pair of missing portions 73 formed on the tube wall 711 from the distal end surface 772 in the longitudinal direction. Then, the pressing portion 242 of the pusher 24 is inserted into each defect portion 73. As a result, the positions of the engaging portion 243 of the pusher 24 and the elastic piece 75 described below coincide with each other around the axis of the pusher 24. Further, when the pusher 24 moves, the moving pusher 24 is guided by the pressing portion 242 and the missing portion 73, and the movement is smoothly performed.
- a pair of slits 74 are formed in the tube wall 711 of the first restricting member 71 at positions facing each other through the shaft.
- Each slit 74 is composed of three vertical slits arranged in parallel and two horizontal slits that connect adjacent vertical slits. Then, elastic pieces 75 and 76 that can be elastically deformed are formed in a portion surrounded by the slit 74.
- the elastic piece 75 can be elastically deformed so as to be able to approach / separate from the engaging portion 243 of the pusher 24.
- the elastic piece 75 is formed with a protrusion 751 protruding inward at the base end portion thereof.
- an inclined surface 752 that is inclined so that the distance from the axis of the first restricting member 71 gradually decreases in the proximal direction is formed at the proximal end portion of the protrusion 751, and the inclined surface 752 is a pusher. 24 abuts against the inclined surface 246 of the engaging portion 243. As a result, an outward force is applied to the inclined surface 752 as the pusher 24 moves in the distal direction, so that the elastic piece 75 is easily deformed toward the outside and separated from the engaging portion 243. Can do.
- the second restricting member 72 can move from a restricting position where the inner peripheral surface thereof is in contact with the outer surface of the elastic piece 75 to a release position located on the base end side with respect to the elastic piece 75. Further, the distal end surface of the second restricting member 72 is in contact with the proximal end surface of the protector 3. Thereby, the 2nd control member 72 can move to a base end direction with the movement to the base end direction of the protector 3.
- the elastic piece 76 can be elastically deformed so as to be able to approach / separate from the base end surface of the second restricting member 72. Further, the elastic piece 76 is formed with a protrusion 761 protruding outward at the base end portion thereof. Furthermore, an inclined surface 762 that is inclined so that the distance from the shaft of the first restricting member 71 gradually decreases toward the distal end is formed at the distal end of the protrusion 761. As a result, an inward force is applied to the inclined surface 762 as the second restricting member 72 moves in the proximal direction, so that the elastic piece 76 is easily deformed inward and the second restricting member 72. It can be spaced apart from the base end face.
- the elastic piece 75 approaches the engaging portion 243, and the inclined surface 752 of the protrusion 751 is engaged with the inclined surface 246 of the engaging portion 243.
- the second restricting member 72 is in the restricting position and prevents the elastic piece 75 from being deformed toward the outside and being separated from the engaging portion 243.
- the protrusion 761 of the elastic piece 76 engages with the base end face of the second restricting member 72 to prevent unintentional movement of the second restricting member 72 in the base end direction.
- the elastic piece 76 When entering the second state, the elastic piece 76 is easily deformed inward as the protector 3 moves in the proximal direction, so that the engagement with the proximal end surface of the second restricting member 72 is achieved.
- the second restricting member 72 is moved in the proximal direction to the release position. Thereby, the maintenance of the engaged state between the elastic piece 75 and the engaging portion 243 is released. Then, since the elastic piece 75 is easily deformed outward, the engagement between the elastic piece 75 and the engaging portion 243 is released, and the pusher 24 can move in the distal direction.
- the urging force of the coil spring 4 deforms the elastic piece 75 toward the outside via the engaging portion 243, so that the elastic piece 75 and the engaging portion 243 It is set large enough to release the engagement.

Is supported so as to be movable along the axial direction of the inner structure 2. Accordingly, in the first state, the protector 3 is biased toward the distal end by the coil spring 5, and most of the distal end portion 36 protrudes from the distal end opening 61 of the gripping member 6, so that the needle tip 221 is moved to the protector 3. In the second state and the third state, the protector 3 moves to the proximal end side from the position in the first state, so that the needle tip 221 is located in the protector 3.
- two grooves 63 are formed in the inner peripheral portion of the gripping member 6 along the longitudinal direction thereof. These grooves 63 are arranged so as to face each other via the axis of the gripping member 6. Accordingly, the needle tip protection member 91 is fixed to the cover member 92, and the cover member 92 can be pulled together with the needle tip protection member 91 in the distal direction. The cap 9 can be removed by this pulling operation.
- the movement of the cover member 92 in the proximal direction is restricted by the edge portion of the distal end opening 61 of the gripping member 6 and the proximal end surface of the outer tube 922 of the cover member 92, thereby moving the protector 3 in the proximal direction. Movement is restricted. Thereby, the 1st state where the front-end
