Definitions
- This invention relates to a tablet packaging device for packaging tablets for each prescribed dose into blister pack type trays (hereinafter simply referred to as “tray”).
- Patent Document 1 a tablet packaging device that automatically distributes and packs tablets prescribed in a tray having storage recesses partitioned into 7 rows and 4 columns.
- the tray is configured such that tablets packed in accordance with the number of doses four times a day are stored in each storage recess for one row, and one week can be stored in all seven rows.
- a scraper unit is provided on a belt conveyor that conveys a tray so as to be movable back and forth in the transverse direction of the conveyor.
- the trays are installed and transported with the rows of the storage recesses in the direction of the width of the conveyor and the columns in the direction of the conveyor.
- the scraper unit is provided with four sections corresponding to the storage recesses in four positions per row of the tray, and a scraper (scraping tool) is provided in each section.
- the above scraper unit sequentially moves under the tablet discharge hopper for each of the four sections, accepts the tablets, and each section is divided into four sections in one row of the tray with the tablets distributed to all four sections. Advancing onto the conveyor to match the upper opening of each storage recess. The shutters of each section of the scraper unit are opened in a state where they are aligned vertically, and at the same time, the internal tablet is scraped out by the operation of the scraper, and is individually discharged into the four storage recesses of the tray.
- the above-mentioned scraper unit repeats a cycle of receiving tablets into four sections, opening and closing the shutter, and scraping out the tablets by the scraper in order seven times.
- the belt conveyor repeats advance and stop seven times for each line of the tray, thereby completing the discharge and reception into the storage recess.
- the tray is carried out by the belt conveyor, taken out from the discharge portion to be packaged.
- the operation process of the scraper unit per tray repeats the cycle of accepting tablets into each of the four locations, opening the shutter, and scraping with the scraper seven times. There is a problem that the packaging efficiency is low.
- the belt conveyor repeatedly advances and stops in small increments, so there is a possibility that the tablets will deviate from the storage recess due to vibration and may be chipped. Yes, the higher the transport speed, the higher the possibility. Further, when the bottom of the storage recess is shallow, or when the shape of the storage recess is a concave spherical surface, the possibility of popping out is higher, which causes a packaging error.
- the present invention receives all the tablets for one tray by one carrier, moves the carrier to the tray waiting at the discharge position, and discharges the tablets all at once in the storage recesses of the tray.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a tablet packaging device having high packaging efficiency, few packaging mistakes, and a simplified structure.
- a necessary gap is required between the tray and the carrier moving in the plane above the tray so as not to prevent free movement of the carrier.
- the tablet may deviate from the gap to the outside.
- another object of the present invention is to eliminate the gap when discharging the tablets from the carrier to the tray so that the tablets can be reliably transferred to the tray side.
- another problem is to eliminate the possibility of damage to the tray and the carrier due to an impact when the tray is pressed against the bottom surface of the carrier.
- the carrier is provided with a number of compartments that match the storage recesses of the tray, and when the tablets are transferred to the tray, a structure is employed in which the open bottom surface of the compartments is simultaneously opened and closed with a single shutter.
- dust such as chipping of tablets may adhere to the shutter, and there is a concern that the dust is discharged to the tray side together with the tablets.
- Another object of the present invention is to remove dust adhering to the shutter of the carrier in advance so that the dust is not discharged into the storage recess of the tray.
- tablets are received in all compartments of the carrier and automatically checked to see if the tablets are securely stored in each compartment before being transferred to the tray.
- the carrier is moved to the collection position and transferred to the collection tray.
- the tablet may bounce off the bottom of the collection tray and deviate from the collection tray, or the tablet may be chipped. Therefore, another object of the present invention is to prevent the tablets from rebounding in the collection tray.
- a packaging unit is provided at a lower part of a dispensing port of a tablet to be dispensed according to a prescription, and a required number of storages partitioned into a plurality of rows and columns in the packaging unit.
- the packaging unit includes the tray mounting table and the mounting table.
- a moving device a carrier having an upper and lower open compartment that can match the position of the storage recess of the tray, a driving device for the carrier, a shutter provided on the bottom surface of the carrier for opening and closing the compartment, and the shutter
- the moving device of the mounting table includes an opening / closing device, and moves the mounting table between a tray handling position and a standby position in synchronization with the movement of the carrier.
- the driving device executes a transporting process in which the carrier is returned to the original position in order through the receiving position set in the lower part of the dispensing port and the receiving end position in order, with the discharge position set in the upper part of the standby position as the original position.
- the receiving chamber receives the tablets by sequentially moving the compartments of the carrier below the dispensing port during the period from the reception start position to the reception end position.
- the shutter is opened when the receiving end position is returned to the discharge position, and the rest are closed (claim 1).
- the carrier While the carrier carries out one cycle of the transporting process, it receives tablets for one tray into all the compartments, transports them onto the trays, and opens the shutter to release the tray recesses corresponding to the compartments. Are discharged all at once.
- the tray only moves between the tray handling position and the standby position by a moving device different from the carrier driving device. However, there is a need for a timing relationship that the stage has been moved to the standby position before the carrier returns to the discharge position.
- the moving device of the mounting table is configured by a drawer provided so as to be freely inserted into and retracted from the packaging unit, and when the mounting table is installed inside the drawer and the drawer is pulled out It is possible to adopt a configuration in which the mounting table is in a tray handling position outside the packaging unit and is set in a standby position inside the packaging unit when pushed in (claim 2).
- the mounting table is supported by a vertical movement device, and the vertical movement device is operated when receiving a tablet from the carrier at the standby position, whereby the tray on the mounting table approaches or contacts the bottom of the carrier.
- the structure to make can be taken (Claim 3).
- the carrier driving device may be configured by an XY driving mechanism that moves the carrier in an X direction in a horizontal plane and in a Y direction perpendicular thereto (Claim 5).
