Description

一种汽车手刹手柄 【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种汽车驻车制动器操纵杆,也称手刹手柄、手刹杆、手刹拉把等。
【背景技术】
已被广泛应用的手刹手柄,包括一段拉杆、一段被设在拉杆内的释放推杆以及一个被设在拉杆顶端并且与释放推杆连动的释放按钮;手刹手柄通常被安装在驾驶座与副驾驶座之间,在水平方向上直伸向汽车前方。
当需要驻车时,用手环握手刹手柄前端将手刹手柄向上提拉,使驻车制动器进入制动状态,而相关锁定装置可阻止手刹手柄自然落下,使驻车制动器保持制动状态;当需要脱离驻车状态时,按下被设置在手刹手柄顶端的释放按钮推动释放推杆,即可将手刹手柄放下,使驻车制动器脱离制动状态。
上述的手刹手柄存在不足:在操作这种手刹手柄时,操作者用手环握手刹手柄前端,操作手的肘部自然靠近身体;而在提拉手刹手柄时,操作手的肘部会向后方移动;当汽车驾驶座安装了扶手时,操作手的肘部与扶手往往造成冲突,造成操作不便甚至影响行车安全。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示,在本发明的手刹手柄的第一实施例中,在拉杆11的前端在横向方向上设有可供横握的握把12;在握把12的顶面伸出设有释放按钮14,释放按钮14可直接推动被设在拉杆11内的释放推杆13;在握把12的端部设有保险按钮15,保险按钮15和释放按钮14上设有相配合的卡位,使释放按钮14只有在保险按钮15被按下的情况下才能被按动。
在本实施例中,该握把12在拉杆11的自由端水平设置,握把12与拉杆11成90度夹角,从而握把12可以被手横向把握。在该握把12的顶部设有让位空间121,以便于释放按钮缩入让位空间121内,进而推动释放推杆13向内收缩。
如图2所示,在本发明的手刹手柄的第一实施例中,握把12的下沿延伸到拉杆11的下面而且相对拉杆11向下突出,方便手指提握。由于释放按钮14位于操作手掌心位置,容易被意外按下而影响制动操作,故在握把12的端部设有保险按钮15,可控制释放按钮14的运动。
该保险按钮15和释放按钮14之间的卡位采用卡槽形式,具体的:释放按钮14在靠近保险按钮15的一侧设有挡止部141、并在挡止部141内侧设置让位部142。对应的,保险按钮15内侧设有支承部151、在支承部的一侧设置让位槽152,并且还设有推动整个保险按钮15复位的复位弹簧153。
在锁定状态时,保险按钮15的支承部151阻挡着释放按钮14的挡止部141,使得释放按钮14无法向下移动,从而避免误操作释放按钮14。
在需要拉动手刹时,操作者的手横向把握握把12;然后用大拇指向内推动保险按钮15,使得保险按钮15的支承部151到达释放按钮14的让位部142的位置处,同时释放按钮14的挡止部141对准保险按钮15的让位槽152,并且压缩复位弹簧153,此时利用手掌可向下推动释放按钮14,并向上提起整个汽车手刹手柄,操作手的肘部自然张开,避免了现有技术采用环握拉杆时手肘与扶手冲突的缺陷。
如图3所示,在本发明的手刹手柄的第二实施例中,该拉杆31包括在竖直方向上设置的竖直段、以及在竖直段末端并在水平方向弯曲形成的弯曲段。该弯曲段形成握把32。该拉杆31与握把32成45度角,握把32的下沿延伸到拉杆31的下面而且相对拉杆31向下突出,方便手指提握。释放按钮34被设在握把32的前端,适应操作者用大拇指按动释放按钮34的习惯;释放钮34与释放推杆33由一段具有弯曲弹性的塑料棒36连接,可将施加在释放按钮34上的压力旋转45度角而成为沿释放推杆33轴向的推力,以完成释放操作。
如图4所示,在本发明的手刹手柄的第三实施例中,拉杆41与握把42成45度角,握把42的下沿延伸到拉杆41的下面而且相对拉杆41向下突出,方便手指提握。释放按钮44被设在握把42的前端,适应操作者用大拇指按动释放按钮44的习惯;在释放按钮44与释放推杆43之间有一个轴心被固定在握把42上的摆件46或滑件,可将施加在释放按钮44上的压力旋转45度角而成为沿释放推杆43轴向的推力,以完成释放操作。
