Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition de siloxane photosensible, comprenant : (a) un polysyloxane synthétisé par réaction d'au moins un organosilane représenté par la formule générale (1) ; (b) un composé de quinonediazide ; c) un solvant ; et (d) le composé de silicate représenté par la formule générale (2). Dans la formule (1) : R1 représente l'un quelconque des éléments suivants : hydrogène, groupe alkyle ayant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, groupe alcényle ayant de 2 à 10 atomes de carbone, ou groupe aryle ayant de 6 à 15 atomes de carbone, la pluralité des R1 pouvant être identiques ou différents ; R2 représente l'un quelconque des éléments suivants : hydrogène, groupe alkyle ayant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, groupe acyle ayant de 2 à 6 atomes de carbone, ou groupe aryle ayant de 6 à 15 atomes de carbone, la pluralité des R2 pouvant être identiques ou différents ; et n représente un entier allant de 0 à 3. Dans la formule (2), R3 à R6 représentent chacun indépendamment l'un quelconque des éléments suivants : hydrogène, groupe alkyle ayant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, groupe acyle ayant de 2 à 6 atomes de carbone, ou groupe aryle ayant de 6 à 15 atomes de carbone ; et p représente un entier allant de 2 à 10. La composition de siloxane photosensible selon l'invention peut produire un film durci présentant des propriétés de forte résistance à la chaleur et de grande transparence, et dont la résistance chimique est favorable.
