Definitions
- the present invention relates to a resin composition suitable for heat sealing, a heat sealing film, and a laminated film.
- a tube-shaped or flat film-shaped packaging material is sealed with a heat seal (lock seal), and the contents are enclosed and protected during storage and transportation.
- a heat seal lock seal
- Various studies have been made on improving the sealing strength at the time of lock sealing in terms of packaging materials, packaging machines, packaging conditions, and the like.
- polymer materials used for packaging materials for example, ethylene polymers such as polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers are known. Among them, ionomers are widely used because they are excellent in hot sealability, low temperature sealability, oil resistance, and the like.
- a polymer material comprising 80 to 93% by weight of ethylene / acid ionomer and 7 to 20% by weight of propylene / ⁇ -olefin copolymer is disclosed (for example, see Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-49382).
- the packaging material using this polymer material can be locked and peelable depending on the temperature.
- the back and bottom are locked and sealed under high temperature conditions, and the top side is peelable and sealed under low temperature conditions, Packaging with both a lock seal part and a peelable seal part is possible using a single packaging material.
- a laminated packaging material in which a base material layer such as a polyester layer and an ionomer layer are laminated via an adhesive layer is known.
- the relationship between the seal temperature and the seal strength shows a seal strength suitable for a peelable seal under low temperature seal conditions, and a high seal strength suitable for a lock seal under high temperature seal conditions. It is necessary to show.
- the packaging material is particularly required to have a temperature region in which peelable sealing can be performed satisfactorily, that is, a temperature region (plateau region) in which the seal strength of the peelable seal portion does not vary greatly depending on the temperature. .
- high seal strength can be obtained in the high temperature region during lock sealing (for example, 20 N / 15 mm or more at 180 ° C. or higher), and higher seal strength than conventional can suppress temperature dependence in a wide temperature range during peelable sealing.
- a resin composition that can be stably obtained that is, exhibiting a plateau region
- An ionomer containing a ⁇ -unsaturated carboxylic acid terpolymer and (B) a propylene-based polymer, and the mass of structural units derived from the ⁇ , ⁇ -unsaturated carboxylic acid ester is A) A resin composition that is 1 to 4.5% by mass of the total mass of the ionomer is known (see, for example, International Publication No. 2009/145235 pamphlet).
- a resin composition that exhibits a relatively low sealing start temperature, has a low static electricity accumulation, and exhibits a lock seal performance and a peelable seal performance is also known (see, for example, JP-T-2008-500450).
- a resin composition is extruded with processing machines, such as a T-die extruder and an inflation extruder, and a film is manufactured.
- processing machines such as a T-die extruder and an inflation extruder
- TD transverse direction
- the purpose is up to about 12 hours after heat sealing. In some cases, the desired peelable seal strength was developed only after several days (ie, 1-3 days) from the heat seal.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above situation. Under the above circumstances, a resin composition, a heat seal film, and a laminated film that exhibit stable peelable seal strength and lock seal strength immediately after heat sealing are required.
