Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fitting auxiliary jig for fitting a connector using a fitting auxiliary jig and a connector using the same.
- Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-359028
- the lever-type connector 100 includes a male housing 113, a lever 115 that is rotatable between one side and the other side in the longitudinal direction connected to the male housing 113, A connecting portion 117 for connecting the lever 115 to the male housing 113 and a female housing 119 in which the male housing 113 is accommodated and fitted are provided.
- the connecting portion 117 described above has the projections 133 and 133 and the engagement holes 123 and 123 engaged with each other, so that the male housing 113 is connected between one side of the lever 115 and the other side. And the lever 115 is rotated about the projections 133 and 133.
- the male housing 113 is directly pressed by applying force to the projections 133 and 133 provided on the male housing 113 by the lever action of the pivoted lever 115 and the pressing force pressing the operation unit 120. And move down as a whole. As a result, the male housing 113 is fitted into the hood portion 127 of the female housing 119.
- the lever 115 is engaged with the female housing 119 to serve as a fulcrum, and the lever 115 is pressed downward and turned to fit the male and female housings 113 and 119.
- There are many component parts such as locking the lever 115, and there is a problem that the number of processes for managing the component parts increases and the manufacturing cost increases.
- the present invention has been made to solve such a conventional problem, and the object of the present invention is to fit the number of component parts and the weight of the component parts so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a mating auxiliary jig and a connector using the same.
- a first invention is a fitting auxiliary jig for fitting a male and female connector, and a jig locking portion that engages with one of the male and female connectors and a jig that engages with the other.
- a jig hooking portion comprising a tool pushing portion and a jig hooking portion formed integrally with the jig hooking portion, and rotating the jig hooking portion with the jig locking portion as a fulcrum to rotate the jig pushing portion.
- a jig grip portion for moving the other connector into the one connector.
- the jig locking portion is a notch-shaped fulcrum engaging portion that engages with a fulcrum protrusion of one connector, and the jig pushing-in portion is engaged with an action point protrusion of the other connector. It is a point engaging part.
- the jig hooking portion is engaged with one of the male and female connectors in the fitted state, and the jig hooking portion is opposite to that when the male and female connectors are fitted with the jig locking portion as a fulcrum. It has a jig extraction part which extracts the other connector from one connector by rotating in the direction.
- the female connector has the action point protrusion, a female temporary locking protrusion that protrudes outside the female connector and locks the female connector when inserted into the male connector, and the female
- a female temporary locking retainer is provided that protrudes outside the connector and holds the female connector in the temporary locking position.
- the male connector protrudes from the fulcrum protrusion and the male connector.
- the male and female connectors are brought into contact with the male temporary locking protrusions that can be overcome by the female temporary locking protrusions when the female connector is inserted, and the female temporary locking retaining stoppers that protrude from the inner side of the male connector.
- a male temporary locking retainer for holding the at a temporary locking position.
- the fitting auxiliary jig for fitting the male and female connectors includes a jig locking part that engages with one of the male and female connectors and a jig pushing part that engages with the other.
- the hook part is formed integrally with the jig hook part, and the jig pushing part is turned by turning the jig hook part with the jig locking part as a fulcrum, and the other connector is connected to one connector.
- the weight of the component parts of the connector can be reduced by removing the fitting auxiliary jig.
- auxiliary jig and a connector using the auxiliary jig can be provided.
- the jig locking portion is a notched fulcrum engaging portion that engages with the fulcrum protrusion of one connector, and the jig pushing-in portion is engaged with the action point protrusion of the other connector. It is a point engaging part. Therefore, if the diameter of the fulcrum protrusion of one connector and the action point protrusion of the other connector are the same, and the distance between the fulcrum protrusion of the connector and the action point protrusion of the other connector is the same, the male and female connectors may be different. However, the male and female connectors can be fitted with the same fitting assist jig. Therefore, it is possible to provide a highly versatile fitting auxiliary jig and a connector using the same by fitting a plurality of types of connectors with one type of fitting auxiliary jig.
- the jig hooking portion is engaged with one of the male and female connectors in the fitted state, and the jig hooking portion is used as a fulcrum and the jig hooking portion is in the opposite direction to that when the male and female connectors are fitted. It has a jig extraction part which extracts the other connector from one connector by rotating to. For this reason, the connector can be engaged and disengaged with a single type of mating auxiliary jig, and furthermore, it is not necessary to manufacture mating auxiliary jigs for mating and detaching, so that the cost can be reduced. it can.
- the female temporary locking stopper projecting on the outer side of the female connector and the male temporary locking stopper projecting on the inner side of the male connector are in contact with each other, so that the male and female connectors are temporarily Hold in the locked position. Therefore, it becomes easy to mount the fitting assist jig, and the male and female connectors can be easily fitted.
