Claims (19)
- 物品又は資材を搬送するための搬送面を有する搬送装置の搬送要素に接触して、搬送要素を清掃する搬送面の清掃装置において、

前記搬送装置の搬送方向と逆方向の牽引力を前記清掃具に与える牽引装置とを有し、
前記清掃具は、前記搬送装置の作動時に前記清掃面と前記搬送面との接触を維持する重量を有することを特徴とする搬送面の清掃装置。 - 前記清掃具を前記搬送方向に案内すべく、前記搬送要素の上方域に該搬送方向と平行に配置された案内部材と、該案内部材に対して前記清掃具を移動可能に懸吊する懸吊機構とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記懸吊機構は、前記案内部材に移動可能に支持された走行機構と、該走行機構と前記清掃具とを連結するリンク機構とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記牽引装置は、牽引力を前記清掃具に伝達する索条と、該索条を巻き取り又は繰り出すウインチとを有し、前記索条は、前記案内部材に沿って延び、前記懸吊機構を介して前記清掃具に連結されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記索条を中間支持する索条支承装置が前記案内部材に間隔を隔てて配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記懸吊機構の牽引方向の移動を阻止する制動手段が前記案内部材に配設され、前記懸吊機構は、前記制動手段によって移動を阻止された状態で前記牽引力によって上方に回動し、前記清掃具を上昇させるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記清掃具の位置を検出する位置検出手段と、前記牽引手段が前記清掃具に与える牽引力を前記位置検出手段の検出結果に基づいて制御する制御手段とを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6に記載の清掃装置。

- 前記搬送路の作動時に前記清掃部材と前記搬送路構成要素との面接触を維持するための荷重が、前記剛性板から前記清掃部材に与えられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の清掃装置。

前記搬送面の移動速度と前記清掃具の移動速度との速度差による該搬送面及び清掃面の相対変位と、前記清掃面と前記搬送面との接触及び離間とにより、前記搬送面を清掃することを特徴とする搬送面の清掃方法。 - 前記搬送装置の搬送方向と逆方向の牽引力によって前記清掃具を牽引して前記清掃具の移動を制御することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の清掃方法。
- 前記牽引力の解放又は低下により、前記清掃具を前記搬送方向に移動させ、前記牽引力の付加又は増大により、前記搬送方向と逆の方向に前記清掃具を移動させることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の清掃方法。
- 前記清掃具を搬送方向前方に所定距離だけ移動せしめた後、前記牽引力によって前記清掃具を初期位置まで逆走させるとともに、前記牽引力の全部又は一部を上向きの力に転換して前記清掃具を上昇させて、該清掃具をその待機位置に復帰させることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の清掃方法。
- 非清掃時に前記清掃具を前記搬送要素の上方域に上昇させて、前記物品又は資材の搬送用空間を前記清掃具の下側に形成することを特徴とする請求項11乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の清掃方法。
- 前記清掃具の位置を検出して、牽引力を前記清掃具に伝達するための索条を支承し又は解放することを特徴とする請求項12乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の清掃方法。
- 前記搬送面に洗浄液を供給することを特徴とする請求項11乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の清掃方法。
