前記パイロット孔(42)を介して前記素材(40)を、順次、下流のステーションに移送及び位置決めする工程と、
前記下流のステーションに移送及び位置決めされた前記素材(40)に、加工処理を施す工程と、
を有することを特徴とするワークの打ち抜き製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の打ち抜き製造方法において、前記開口部(44)は複数のスリット又は複数の孔部であることを特徴とするワークの打ち抜き製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の打ち抜き製造方法において、前記素材(40)に前記加工処理としてつぶし加工処理を施す際、前記パイロット孔(42)には、位置決めピン(56)が挿入されることを特徴とするワークの打ち抜き製造方法。
- 長尺な連続する金属製板材を素材(40)とし、前記素材(40)からワークを製造するとともに、前記ワークは、無段変速機用ベルトのエレメント(10)であるワークの打ち抜き製造方法であって、
前記素材(40)に、パイロット孔(42)を形成するとともに、前記パイロット孔(42)を周回して開口部(44)を形成する工程と、
前記パイロット孔(42)を介して前記素材(40)を、順次、下流のステーションに移送及び位置決めする工程と、
前記下流のステーションに移送及び位置決めされた前記素材(40)に、加工処理を施す工程と、
を有することを特徴とするワークの打ち抜き製造方法。 - 請求項4記載の打ち抜き製造方法において、前記開口部(44)は複数のスリット又は複数の孔部であることを特徴とするワークの打ち抜き製造方法。
- 請求項4記載の打ち抜き製造方法において、前記素材(40)に前記加工処理としてつぶし加工処理を施す際、前記パイロット孔(42)には、位置決めピン(56)が挿入されることを特徴とするワークの打ち抜き製造方法。
- 長尺な連続する金属製板材を素材(40)とし、前記素材(40)からワークを製造するとともに、前記ワークは、無段変速機用ベルトのエレメント(10)であり、且つ前記素材(40)は、一定の板厚を有する平面部のみからなるワークの打ち抜き製造方法であって、
前記素材(40)に、パイロット孔(42)を形成するとともに、前記パイロット孔(42)を周回して開口部(44)を形成する工程と、
前記パイロット孔(42)を介して前記素材(40)を、順次、下流のステーションに移送及び位置決めする工程と、
前記下流のステーションに移送及び位置決めされた前記素材(40)に、加工処理を施す工程と、
を有することを特徴とするワークの打ち抜き製造方法。 - 請求項7記載の打ち抜き製造方法において、前記開口部(44)は複数のスリット又は複数の孔部であることを特徴とするワークの打ち抜き製造方法。
- 請求項7記載の打ち抜き製造方法において、前記素材(40)に前記加工処理としてつぶし加工処理を施す際、前記パイロット孔(42)には、位置決めピン(56)が挿入されることを特徴とするワークの打ち抜き製造方法。
