Definitions
- the present invention relates to a telephone exchange system, a communication device, a telephone incoming call method, a telephone incoming call program, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing the program.
- Recent telephone terminals can record the incoming caller's phone number as an incoming call history, and can check which party has received the call when there is no call. Furthermore, the telephone terminal can select and send a desired outgoing call partner from the recorded incoming call history.
- Patent Document 1 since the technique such as Patent Document 1 records the incoming call history in the user's telephone terminal, it cannot record the incoming call history when the telephone terminal is busy. Further, in the case of Patent Document 1, since the past incoming date and time are displayed in a list, the user of the telephone terminal tries to know how many times he has received calls from the same calling party so far. In this case, it is necessary to count the number of incoming calls, and the number of incoming calls cannot be immediately grasped.
- the telephone terminal can respond because the telephone is busy or the handset (handset) is disconnected or malfunctioned.
- the user of the telephone terminal cannot grasp that there was no.
- the user of the telephone terminal can immediately know how many times the telephone terminal user has not been able to respond due to absence or the like. Can not.
- the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and counts the number of incoming calls indicating the history of incoming calls to each telephone terminal regardless of whether it is busy, disconnection of the handset, malfunction, etc.
- a telephone exchange system and communication that enables an incoming call history (number of incoming calls) from the other party of the incoming call to be displayed on the telephone terminal before the user of the telephone terminal answers when there is an incoming call It is an object of the present invention to provide a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing an apparatus, a telephone incoming call method, a telephone incoming call program, and a program.
- the telephone exchange system according to the present invention employs the following configuration.
- a telephone exchange system comprising a communication device that controls communication of a telephone terminal connected as a slave unit and the telephone terminal, the communication device shows the total number of incoming calls and a breakdown of incoming calls for each telephone terminal.
- Incoming call history data that records the number of incoming calls for each communication type, and when an incoming call is detected from a certain caller to the telephone terminal, prior to the operation of transmitting a call signal to the telephone terminal, retrieve the incoming call history data of the terminal, extract the incoming call history data of the caller that has arrived at the telephone terminal, and if the telephone terminal is in an idle state, send it to the telephone terminal, and then A telephone exchange system for transmitting a call signal to the telephone terminal.
- the telephone exchange system, communication apparatus, telephone incoming call method, telephone incoming call program, and non-transitory computer-readable medium storing the program according to the present invention can provide the following effects.
- each telephone terminal receives an incoming call from each calling party within the past period arbitrarily set by the user of each telephone terminal regardless of whether the telephone terminal is busy, disconnection of the handset, breakdown or absence.
- the number of incoming calls is counted as the number of incoming calls together with the communication type indicating the breakdown of the incoming call operation, and when the caller receives a call from a certain caller, the caller is counting before responding And the number of incoming calls for each communication type indicating the breakdown of the incoming call operation, and a mechanism for displaying on the telephone terminal. Therefore, the user of the telephone terminal can instantly check how many times he / she received a call from the same caller when he was busy or when he was absent. It is possible to respond with an apology such as “Sorry for the inconvenience,” and can respond to alleviate the irritability of the other party.
- the second effect is a past period arbitrarily set by the user of each telephone terminal regardless of whether the telephone terminal is busy, disconnection of the handset, failure, absence, etc.
- the number of incoming calls from each outgoing call partner is counted as the incoming call count, and the incoming call counter is counted before the user of the telephone terminal responds when a call is received from a certain outgoing call partner.
- the system has a mechanism for displaying the number of incoming calls from the telephone terminal on the telephone terminal. Therefore, the user of the telephone terminal can instantly determine whether or not the call is from the first caller, and is prepared to take measures considering the possibility of inquiries and orders from new customers. Can be prepared in advance.
