- the separator 93 has a U-shaped opening at a portion located from the lower end portion to the fall prevention portion 93a (in the present embodiment, a portion located below the one-dot chain line L in FIG. 1). It has a curved portion 93b formed so that the portion expands. As shown in FIG. 5, the curved portion 93 b widens the opening width of the separator 93, and collects lubricating oil scattered or dripped inside the mission case 11 inside the separator 93. The lubricating oil is scattered and circulated in the transmission 1 by the ring gear 80 and other gears.

Description
<変速機1の構成>
本実施形態の変速機1は、図1~図3に示すように、デュアルクラッチ式自動変速機であり、ケース10内に、第1入力軸21、第2入力軸22、第1出力軸31、第2出力軸32、デュアルクラッチ40、各変速段の駆動ギヤ51~57(本発明の「駆動側のギヤ」に相当する)、最終減速駆動ギヤ58,68、各変速段の従動ギヤ61~67、後進ギヤ70、リングギヤ80(本発明の「第一ギヤ」に相当する)、および、潤滑機構90を備えている。最終減速駆動ギヤ58,68、従動ギヤ61~67および後進ギヤ70は、本発明の「従動側のギヤ」に相当する。
以上説明したように構成される変速機1によれば、以下の効果を奏する。
潤滑機構90のセパレータ93は、リングギヤ80と所定間隔を開けてリングギヤ80の周縁部を囲むように配置されている。従来、セパレータ93を有さない潤滑機構において掻き上げた潤滑油は、レシーバ92に向かって飛散される前に、リングギヤ80と分離し別方向に飛散または落下することがあった。これに対して、本実施形態の潤滑機構90は、リングギヤ80の回転により掻き上げられた潤滑油を、リングギヤ80とセパレータ93の間で保持することができる。よって、潤滑油をレシーバ92に向かって飛散させる前に別方向に飛散または落下することを防止し、効率よくリングギヤ80の上部まで掻き上げることができる。従って、リングギヤ80は、従来と比較して多くの潤滑油を飛散させることによって、レシーバ92により多くの潤滑油を供給することができるので、変速機1の潤滑性を向上できる。
本実施形態において、セパレータ93の一端は、潤滑油貯留領域91に設けられる構成とした。これに対して、セパレータ93の両端部を共に潤滑油貯留領域91の外部に設ける構成としてもよい。この場合、例えば、セパレータ93の底部に潤滑油の流入口を形成し、ミッションケース11の底部に貯留する潤滑油をセパレータ93の内側に補給するものとする。このような構成においても同様の効果を奏する。

Claims (7)
- ケースと、
前記ケース内に回転可能に支持された複数のギヤと、
前記ケース内に収容された潤滑油と、
前記ケース内に形成され、前記潤滑油を貯留し、且つ、当該貯留された前記潤滑油を複数の前記ギヤのうち第一ギヤの回転により前記第一ギヤの上方へ掻き上げ可能な潤滑油貯留領域と、
前記第一ギヤの回転により上方に掻き上げられた前記潤滑油を前記ギヤの摺動部へ流動させるレシーバと、
前記第一ギヤの周縁部のうち前記潤滑油貯留領域から前記潤滑油貯留領域の外部に亘って前記第一ギヤの周縁部を囲むように形成され、前記潤滑油貯留領域の外部において前記第一ギヤの回転により掻き上げられた前記潤滑油を前記第一ギヤとの間で保持し、且つ、前記潤滑油貯留領域の外部において保持された前記潤滑油を前記レシーバに向かって前記第一ギヤが飛散可能とさせる潤滑油保持部と、
を備えることを特徴とする変速機。 - 請求項1において、
前記潤滑油保持部には、前記潤滑油保持部により保持され且つ前記第一ギヤの回転により掻き上げられた前記潤滑油を前記第一ギヤの側面に保持可能な落下防止部が、前記第一ギヤの側面のうち前記第一ギヤの軸中心より上方に一体的に結合または形成されていることを特徴とする変速機。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記潤滑油保持部は、前記第一ギヤの周縁部の周面および両側面を囲むコの字型形状に形成されていることを特徴とする変速機。 - 請求項3において、
前記潤滑油保持部のうち前記第一ギヤの軸中心より下方のコの字型形状の開口部は、拡開するように形成されていることを特徴とする変速機。 - 請求項1~4の何れか一項において、
前記潤滑油保持部は、前記ケースを構成する第一ケース部と第二ケース部とに夫々固定された二つの側片で構成され、前記第一ケース部に前記第二ケース部が締結されると、前記二つの側片が前記第一ギヤの周縁部の周面および両側面を囲むことを特徴とする変速機。 - 請求項1~5の何れか一項において、
前記第一ギヤは、複数の前記ギヤのうち車両走行時に常に回転するギヤであることを特徴とする変速機。 - 請求項6において、
同心に配置され、複数の前記ギヤのうち駆動側のギヤを回転可能に支持する第一入力軸および第二入力軸と、
前記第一入力軸に平行に配置され、複数の前記ギヤのうち従動側のギヤを回転可能に支持する第一出力軸および第二出力軸と、
原動機の回転駆動力を前記第一入力軸に伝達する第一クラッチと前記回転駆動力を前記第二入力軸に伝達する第二クラッチとを有するデュアルクラッチと、
をさらに備えるデュアルクラッチ式自動変速機であり、
前記第一ギヤは、前記第一出力軸および前記第二出力軸に常時回転連結されているディファレンシャルのリングギヤであることを特徴とする変速機。
