Description
第2カウンタ軸上における、所定の低速段用ギヤ列の駆動ギヤ及び被動ギヤと少なくとも一部が軸方向にオーバーラップする位置に設けられているので、該掻き揚げ部材により掻き揚げられたオイルは、第1カウンタ軸上の前記被動ギヤに飛散すると共に、この飛散したオイルが該被動ギヤを介して上方に運び上げられ、該被動ギヤの側方に位置する該低速段の同期装置等、周囲の部材に飛散することとなる。すなわち、該所定の低速段用ギヤ列の被動ギヤの反第1デフ駆動ギヤ側に、該低速段用の同期装置が配置されている場合においても、該同期装置へのオイルの供給が良好に行われ、潤滑が良好に行われることとなる。

Claims (2)
- エンジンからの駆動力が入力される入力軸と、該入力軸と平行に配置された第1、第2カウンタ軸と、該入力軸と第1、第2カウンタ軸との間に設けられた複数のギヤ列と、これらのカウンタ軸にそれぞれ固設され、ドライブ軸上のデフリングギヤを駆動する第1、第2デフ駆動ギヤとが備えられていると共に、
前記第1カウンタ軸は前記入力軸より高い位置に、前記第2カウンタ軸は前記入力軸より低い位置に、それぞれ配設されており、
所定の低速段用ギヤ列として、前記入力軸上に固設された駆動ギヤと、前記第1カウンタ軸上に遊転自在に設けられて前記駆動ギヤと噛合う被動ギヤとが備えられ、
前記被動ギヤの反デフ駆動ギヤ側に、シフトレバーの操作に連動して前記被動ギヤを第1カウンタ軸に結合する同期装置が配設された手動変速機の潤滑構造であって、
前記第2カウンタ軸上にオイル掻き揚げ部材を設け、該オイル掻き揚げ部材を、前記駆動ギヤ及び被動ギヤと少なくとも一部が軸方向にオーバーラップし、前記同期装置とは軸方向にオーバーラップしないように配置し、
前記オイル掻き揚げ部材により掻き揚げられたオイルを前記被動ギヤを介して上方に運び上げて飛散させることにより、該オイルを前記同期装置に供給するように構成したことを特徴とする手動変速機の潤滑構造。 - 前記請求項1に記載の手動変速機の潤滑構造において、
前記複数のギヤ列のうちの前記所定の低速段を除く所定の変速段のギヤ列が、前記所定の低速段用ギヤ列に隣接して配設されていると共に、
該所定の変速段のギヤ列として、前記入力軸に固設された所定の変速段の駆動ギヤと、前記第2カウンタ軸上に遊転自在に設けられ前記所定の変速段の駆動ギヤと噛合う所定の変速段の被動ギヤとが備えられ、
前記オイル掻き揚げ部材は、前記所定の変速段の被動ギヤに結合されていることを特徴とする手動変速機の潤滑構造。
