Accordingly, the longitudinal resonance frequency of the seat body 12 can be shifted from the resonance frequency of the vehicle body when the vehicle engine is idling (see FIG. 9). Therefore, vibration generated in the seat body 12 can be suppressed without adding a special device such as a dynamic damper. Therefore, in the vehicle seat 10, noise and vibration performance (performance for suppressing vibration and vibration noise; hereinafter referred to as “NV performance”) can be improved at low cost.
- NV performance performance for suppressing vibration and vibration noise
- FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the measurement results of the longitudinal resonance frequency of the seat body 12 when the distance L between the slide guides 42 and 44 is changed in three steps (wide, normal, and narrow). ing.
- the longitudinal resonance frequency of the seat body 12 is significantly reduced. Therefore, in the vehicle seat 10, the front-rear direction resonance frequency of the seat body 12 can be shifted from the resonance frequency of the vehicle body at the time of idling, and vibration generated in the seat body 12 can be suppressed.
- the seat is located between the front upper protrusion 52 disposed on the front side of the seat with respect to the front-rear center of the upper rail 26 and the rear lower protrusion 60 provided at the rear end of the lower rail 28.
- the left abutting portion 56 provided in the rear slide guide 44 is sandwiched, the upper rail 26 is restricted from sliding on the lower rail 28 toward the rear side of the seat.
- the slide guide 42 on the front side of the seat is provided between the rear upper projection 58 disposed on the rear side of the seat with respect to the center in the front-rear direction of the upper rail 26 and the front lower projection 50 provided on the front end of the lower rail 28.
- the right contact portion 54 is sandwiched, the upper rail 26 is restricted from sliding on the lower rail 28 toward the front side of the seat.
- both the slide amount s1 of the upper rail 26 from the neutral state to the rear most state and the slide amount s2 of the upper rail 26 from the neutral state to the front most state can be set large. Accordingly, the maximum slide amount S (s1 + s2) of the upper rail 26 with respect to the lower rail 28 can be set to be large in the ratio with the total length of the upper rail 26 and the lower rail 28. Therefore, in this vehicle seat 10, various problems in the slide rail of the conventional vehicle seat can be solved.
- the maximum slide amount S of the upper rail 26 relative to the lower rail 28 is provided. Can only be set to about twice the interval L between the slide guides 42 and 44. For this reason, if the interval L between the slide guides 42 and 44 is reduced as shown in FIG. 12 in order to improve the NV performance, the maximum slide amount S of the upper rail 26 (that is, the seat body 12) is also reduced. Therefore, with the conventional slide rail 200, it is impossible to achieve both improvement in NV performance and maintenance of the maximum slide amount S.
- the maximum slide amount S of the upper rail 26 with respect to the lower rail 28 can be set large even if the distance L between the slide guides 42 and 44 is narrowed. It is possible to achieve both improvement of the maximum slide amount S and maintenance of the maximum slide amount S.
- the conventional slide rail 200 in order to increase the maximum slide amount S and improve the comfort of the seated occupant, it is necessary to lengthen the entire length of the upper rail 26 and the lower rail 28 as shown in FIG.
- the installation space for the slide rail in the passenger compartment is expanded.
- the footrest space for the rear seat occupant is reduced, the liftability of the rear seat occupant is deteriorated (stumbling, annoying), the fuel consumption is decreased due to the increase in the mass of the slide rail, the material cost is increased, and the metal-exposed slide rail Problems such as deterioration of merchantability (deterioration of appearance) due to exposure in the passenger compartment occur.
- the maximum slide amount S can be increased without increasing the total length of the lower rail 28 and the upper rail 26, so that the rear seat comfort is deteriorated and the mass is increased.
- the front seat comfort can be improved without this.
- the slide rail 22 of the vehicle seat 10 can shorten the entire length of the upper rail 26 and the lower rail 28 while maintaining the maximum slide amount S as shown in FIG. Accordingly, it is possible to achieve a reduction in mass while maintaining the maximum slide amount S.
- FIG. 16 shows a slide rail 22 of the vehicle seat 10 (structure shown in FIGS. 8 and 15) and a conventional slide rail 200 of the vehicle seat (structure shown in FIGS. 11 to 14). A table comparing is shown. As can be seen from FIG. 16, in the slide rail structure of the vehicle seat 10, the NV performance, the mass, the maximum slide amount, and the rear seat comfort are all good.
- the front upper projection 52, the rear lower projection 60, and the left contact portion 56 are arranged on the left side of the seat in the left-right direction center of the upper rail 26 and the lower rail 28.
- the rear upper projection 58, the front lower projection 50, and the right contact portion 54 are disposed on the right side of the seat in the left-right direction center of the upper rail 26 and the lower rail 28. Therefore, the unnecessary interference of the rear upper projection 58 with respect to the rear lower projection 60 and the left contact portion 56 and the unnecessary interference of the front upper projection 52 with respect to the front lower projection 50 and the right contact portion 54 are simply configured. Can be avoided.
- the front lower protrusion 50 is provided at the front end of the lower rail 28, and the rear lower protrusion 60 is provided at the rear end of the lower rail 28. Therefore, the front lower protrusion 50 and the rear lower protrusion 60 can be used as parts for preventing the slide guides 42 and 44 from falling off from the front and rear ends of the lower rail 28.
- the slide rail 22 according to the first embodiment exhibits the same function even when the upper rail 26 and the lower rail 28 are used upside down. - a structure similar to the above-described four modified examples can be employed.
- FIG. 22 is a conceptual diagram showing a slide rail 112 that is a constituent member of the vehicle seat 110 (see FIG. 24) according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
- 23A shows a longitudinal sectional view corresponding to the line JJ in FIG. 22, and
- FIG. 23B shows a longitudinal sectional view corresponding to the line KK in FIG. It is shown.
- the slide rail 112 has basically the same configuration as the slide rail 22 according to the first embodiment. However, in the slide rail 112, a pair of left and right for receiving a load is provided at the front end of the lower rail body 30. And a load receiving protrusion 116 at the rear end of the lower rail body 30. 22 to 27, illustration of the front lower projection 50, the rear lower projection 60, the front upper projection 52, and the rear upper projection 58 is omitted for convenience of explanation.
- the pair of left and right protrusions 114 provided at the front end of the lower rail body 30 are formed in a block shape, and are fixed to the upper wall 30A of the lower rail body 30 by welding. These projecting portions 114 project to the lower surface side of the upper wall 30A (the side facing the upper surface of the upper rail body 38), and each lower end faces the upper surface of the upper rail body 38 with a predetermined gap H1 therebetween. Yes.
- the protrusion 116 provided at the rear end of the lower rail body 30 is formed in a block shape and is fixed to the upper surface of the bottom wall 30B of the lower rail body 30 (the surface facing the lower surface of the upper rail body 38) by welding. Has been. The upper end of the protrusion 116 is opposed to the lower surface of the upper rail body 38 with a predetermined gap H2.
- the “upper surface of the upper rail body 38” is “upper surface of the upper rail 26”, and the “lower surface of the upper rail body 38” is “lower surface of the upper rail 26”. Further, “the upper wall 30A of the lower rail body 30” is “the upper wall of the lower rail 28”, and “the bottom wall 30B of the lower rail body 30” is “the bottom wall of the lower rail 28”.
- the gap H1 between the lower end of the protrusion 114 and the upper surface of the upper rail body 38 is a gap H3 between the upper wall 30A of the lower rail body 30 and the upper rail body 38. It is set narrower than. 23B, the gap H2 between the upper end of the protrusion 116 and the lower surface of the upper rail body 38 is larger than the gap H4 between the bottom wall 30B of the lower rail body 30 and the upper rail body 38. - the protrusion 116 provided at the rear end portion of the bottom wall 30B of the lower rail body 30 hits the lower surface of the upper rail body 38. Thereby, the bending of the rear end side of the upper rail body 38 is suppressed (see the broken line in FIG. 26).
- the vehicle seat 110 As described above, in the vehicle seat 110 according to the second embodiment, it is possible to suppress the deflection of the upper rail 26 at the time of a rear collision (when a heavy load is input), thereby supporting the seat body 12 at the time of the rear collision. Rigidity (strength requirement) can be ensured. Further, similarly to the slide rail 22 according to the first embodiment, the support rigidity of the seat body 12 during normal use is reduced by narrowing the distance between the pair of front and rear slide guides 42 and 44. Therefore, in this vehicle seat 110, it is possible to solve the contradictory problems of improvement in NV performance and strength requirements at the time of rear collision.
- the NV performance can be improved by reducing the distance between the pair of slide guides 42 and 44 as in the slide rail 300N shown in FIG.
- the upper rail 26 is bent and the amount of deformation at the time of rear collision increases, and the upper rail 26 hits the lower rail 28.
- FIG. 28 is a diagram showing the relationship between the input load to the upper rail 26 and the displacement (deflection) of the upper rail 26 at the time of a rear collision.

- the invention embodied by the slide rail 112 according to the second embodiment is made by paying attention to “non-linearity of load-deflection characteristics” as shown in FIG. Thereby, it is possible to solve the contradictory problems of improvement in NV performance and strength requirements at the time of rear collision with an extremely simple configuration.

- a bolt 126 for example, as shown in FIG. 34, a bolt for fastening the lower rail body 30 and the bracket 34 can be used.
- a part of the bracket 34 may be cut and raised to form the protruding portion 128.
- the protrusion 128 can be used for positioning the lower rail body 30 in the longitudinal direction when the bracket 34 and the lower rail body 30 are assembled. Further, since the load input from the upper rail body 38 can be directly supported by the bracket 34 (vehicle body side), high rigidity can be ensured and the load is input to the lower rail body 30. Breakage and deformation of the lower rail body 30 can be prevented. And since it is the structure which utilizes the components which exist conventionally, the increase in cost and mass can be avoided.

- an excessive load F4 upward of the vehicle is input to the seat body 12.
- an excessively large downward load F ⁇ b> 5 is input to the front end portion side of the upper rail 26.
- the protrusion 116 provided at the front end portion of the bottom wall 30B of the lower rail main body 30 becomes the upper rail main body 38. It hits the lower surface. Thereby, the bending of the front end side of the upper rail body 38 is suppressed.
- an excessively large upward load F6 is input to the rear end side of the upper rail 26 as shown in FIG.
- the protrusion 114 provided at the rear end of the upper wall 30 ⁇ / b> A of the lower rail body 30 hits the upper surface of the upper rail body 38. Thereby, the bending of the rear end side of the upper rail body 38 is suppressed.
- the deflection of the upper rail 26 at the time of the frontal collision can be suppressed, and thereby the support rigidity (strength requirement) of the seat body 12 at the time of the frontal collision is reduced. Can be secured. Further, similarly to the slide rail 22 according to the first embodiment, the support rigidity of the seat body 12 during normal use is reduced by narrowing the distance between the pair of front and rear slide guides 42 and 44.
- the protrusion 116 is fixed to the upper surface of the bottom wall 30B of the lower rail body 30.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the upper rail as shown in FIG. It may be configured to be fixed to the lower surface of the main body 38.
- the upper rail body 38 is formed in a substantially W-shaped cross section, and the lower surface of the upper rail body 38 is closer to the bottom wall 30B of the lower rail body 30 at the end in the left-right direction of the seat than at the center in the left-right direction of the seat. Has been placed. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 41, a protruding portion 134 may be provided between the seat lateral direction end of the lower surface of the upper rail body 38 and the bottom wall 30 ⁇ / b> B of the lower rail body 30. In this case, since the height dimension of the protrusion can be reduced, the protrusion can be made small and light.
- FIG. 42 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the vehicle seat 136 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 43 is a conceptual diagram showing a part of the slide rail 137 of the vehicle seat 136.
- the seat body 12 includes a lifter for adjusting the seat surface height of the seat cushion 14, and the seat cushion frame 18 is connected to the upper rail 26 via the front side link member 138 and the rear side link member 140. It is connected to.
- a block-shaped protrusion 144 is provided below the connecting portion 142 (the connecting portion between the seat body 12 and the upper rail 26) between the rear link member 140 and the upper rail 26.
- the protruding portion 144 is fixed to the lower surface of the upper rail body 38 by welding, and the lower end faces the bottom wall 30B (not shown in FIG. 43) of the lower rail body 30 with a predetermined gap.
- FIG. 44 when the protruding portion 144 is provided below the connecting portion 142 (this embodiment), the protruding portion 116 is provided at the rear end portion of the lower rail body 30 as in the second embodiment.
- a diagram comparing the load-deflection characteristics is shown. 44, it can be seen that when the protrusion 116 is provided, the deflection of the upper rail body 38 is suppressed earlier than when the protrusion 144 is provided (X3 and X4 in FIG. 44). reference). However, it can be seen that when the protrusion 144 is provided, the load rises faster after the deflection of the upper rail body 38 is suppressed and the rigidity is higher than when the protrusion 116 is provided.
- the connecting portion 142 when the protrusion 144 is provided below (or in the vicinity of the lower portion) of the connecting portion 142 as in this embodiment, the connecting portion to the seat body 12 without being affected by the deformation of the upper rail body 38. Since 142 can be directly supported, the support rigidity of the seat body 12 is improved.
