Claims (11)
- 子供が座る座部と、
該座部に座った子供の身体に掛けられるウェビングと、
該ウェビングの先端側に設けられたタングと、
該座部の前部中央に基端側が連結された股ベルトと、
該股ベルトの先端側に設けられた、該タングが係止されるバックルと、
該股ベルトに設けられたカバーと
を有するチャイルドシートにおいて、
該カバーは、該バックルに該タングが係止されていない状態にあっては、該股ベルトをチャイルドシート前方側へ傾いた姿勢で自立させ、且つ該バックルに該タングが係止された状態にあっては、該股ベルトが前記ウェビングからの張力によりチャイルドシート後方側へ傾動することを許容するように構成されていることを特徴とするチャイルドシート。 - 請求項1において、前記カバーは前記股ベルトを通すための縦孔を有した筒状であり、
該カバーの下端面は、筒軸心方向に対し、チャイルドシート前方側ほど上位となるように傾斜した斜面となっていることを特徴とするチャイルドシート。 - 請求項2において、前記カバーの下端部且つチャイルドシート後方部には、後方に向って延出した延出部が設けられていることを特徴とするチャイルドシート。
- 請求項3において、前記延出部の底面は、前記斜面と面一状となっていることを特徴とするチャイルドシート。
- 請求項2ないし4のいずれか1項において、前記カバーのチャイルドシート前面側に、下端から上方に向って切り込まれた形状の切欠部が設けられていることを特徴とするチャイルドシート。
- 請求項2ないし5のいずれか1項において、前記カバーには、前記バックルに連なるハーネスを通すためのハーネス挿通孔が上下方向に貫設されていることを特徴とするチャイルドシート。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項において、前記カバーはゴム又はエラストマー製であることを特徴とするチャイルドシート。
- 請求項7において、前記カバーの下端面が前記座部の上面に当接し、カバーの上端が前記バックルに当接していることを特徴とするチャイルドシート。
- 請求項6において、前記カバーは筒状であり、該カバー内は、仕切り部により、前記股ベルトを通すための縦孔と、前記ハーネスを通すためのハーネス挿通孔とに仕切られていることを特徴とするチャイルドシート。
