- the fixing portion 51 ⁇ / b> A of the elastic body 51 is joined to the sheet continuous body 152 in a state of being stretched in the conveyance direction MD of the sheet continuous body 152. For this reason, when the leak-proof portion 50 is cut in the step S29 for cutting the outer shape of the article, the elastic body 51 is in an extended state between the fixed portions 51A, and is more absorbent than the fixed portion 51A.
- the outer side in the longitudinal direction L of 1 (that is, the end region S) is a free end 51B.
- the free end 51B contracts along the longitudinal direction L of the absorbent article 1 at the time of cutting, the free end 51B can be prevented from meandering and shrinking because of the joining processing portion 53A. Therefore, deterioration of the aesthetics of the absorbent article 1 can be prevented.
- the end region S is integrally joined to the absorbent body 40 that is stronger than the leak-proof portion 50 to stabilize the form of the absorbent article 1.
- the flexibility of the end region S subjected to the joining process is impaired.
- the sheet 52 in the end region S is compared with the case where the end region S is joined integrally to the absorber 40.

- the bonding processing portion 53A is formed along the first line L1 or the second line L2
- the area where the sheets 52 face each other in the end region S can be further reduced. . Therefore, the end region S is harder to be hardened, and the flexibility of the end region S can be improved.
- the free end 51B of the elastic body 51 contracts between the plurality of joining processing portions 53A provided at predetermined intervals. For this reason, in the edge part area
- the width W1 of the bonding processing portion 53A along the width direction W of the absorbent article 1 is smaller than the interval S1 between the elastic bodies 51 adjacent to each other. According to this, compared to the case where the width W1 of the bonding processing portion 53A is larger than the interval S1 of the elastic body 51, the area where the sheets 52 face each other in the end region S (that is, the bonding processing portion 53A). Can be further reduced.
- the direction in which the first line L1 extends is different from the direction in which the elastic body 51 expands and contracts (that is, the longitudinal direction L of the absorbent article 1).
- the direction in which the first line L1 extends is the same as the direction in which the elastic body 51 expands and contracts
- the joining processing portion 53A and the elastic body 51 overlap the overlapped portion is the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 1 L is continuously arranged.
- a portion where the portions where the sheets 52 face each other in the end region S is not joined occurs. That is, the elastic body 51 may not be restricted by the bonding processing unit 53A.
- the free end 51B contracts, it may meander or contract, and the aesthetics of the absorbent article 1 will deteriorate.
- the direction in which the first line L1 extends is different from the direction in which the elastic body 51 expands and contracts, it is possible to prevent the portion where the bonding processing portion 53A and the elastic body 51 overlap from being increased more than necessary.
- the elastic body 51 can be reliably regulated along the longitudinal direction L of the absorbent article 1 by the bonding processing portion 53A, and the free end 51B can be prevented from meandering or shrinking, the aesthetics of the absorbent article 1 can be prevented. Can be prevented.
- the first line L1 is inclined by less than 90 ° (15 ° in the embodiment) with respect to a line along the direction in which the elastic body 51 expands and contracts.
- the 1st line L1 does not incline along the direction where the elastic body 51 expands / contracts, when the joining process part 53A and the elastic body 51 overlap, ie, the 1st line L1 overlapped along the free end 51B.
- the free end 51B is fixed to the sheet 52, and the end region S easily falls down to the central region C (absorbing surface) side due to the contraction of the elastic body 51 fixed to the sheet 52 in the end region S.
- the shape of the absorbent article may be deformed.
- FIG. 7 is an enlarged plan view showing a part of the leakage preventing part 50A according to the first modification.
- the direction in which the first line L1 extends in the joining processing portion 53A of the leak-proof portion 50 is different from the direction in which the elastic body 51 expands and contracts (that is, the longitudinal direction L of the absorbent article 1).
- the direction in which the first line L1 extends in the joining processing portion 53A of the leakage preventing portion 50A is the direction in which the elastic body 51 extends (that is, the absorbent article 1). It is the same as the longitudinal direction L).
- the bonding processing unit 53A is not necessarily provided in a linear shape (lattice shape), and may be provided on a curved line L3, for example, as illustrated in FIG. As shown in FIG. 8B, it may be provided on a circular line L4.
- the bonding processing unit 53A may be provided in all of the portions other than the portion where the elastic body 51 and the sheet 52 are in contact with each other.
- the bonding processing portion 53A may be formed by performing bonding processing on all parts other than the portion where the elastic body 51 and the sheet 52 are in contact with each other. May be formed.
- FIG. 9 is an enlarged plan view showing a part of the leakage preventing part 50B according to the second modification.
- a plurality (five in this embodiment) of elastic bodies 51 of the leak-proof portion 50 are provided at predetermined intervals in the width direction W of the absorbent article 1.
- one elastic body 51 of the leakage preventing part 50B is provided.
- the width W1 of the bonding processing portion 53A along the width direction W of the absorbent article 1 is greater than the distance L1 from the elastic body 51 to the edge 50E of the leak-proof portion 50 in the width direction W of the absorbent article 1. Is also small.
- FIG. 10 is a partial cross-sectional view of a leak preventer 50C according to the third modification.
- the sheet 52 of the leakage preventing portion 50 is configured by extending the side sheet 30.
- the sheet 52 of the leakage preventing portion 50 ⁇ / b> C is configured by a sheet different from the top sheet 10 and the side sheet 30.
- the leak-proof portion 50C stands up toward the wearer side due to the contraction of the elastic body 51 during wearing, and forms a hollow shape.
- the leak-proof portion 50C is not necessarily formed in a hollow shape.
- a plurality of the leak-proof portions 50C may be folded at both side portions 3 of the absorbent article 1.
- the both sides 3 of the absorbent article 1 may be folded once. That is, there is no restriction
- the embodiment can be changed as follows. Specifically, the absorbent article 1 has been described as a sanitary napkin, but the present invention is not limited to this, and it is sufficient if a leak-proof portion is provided, such as a disposable diaper. May be.
- the fixing portion 51A has been described as the elastic body 51 being fixed to the sheet 52 at least at the boundary between the central region C and the end region S.
- the fixing portion 51A is not limited to this, and the entire central region C is not limited thereto.
- the elastic body 51 may be fixed to the sheet 52.
- joining process part 53A was demonstrated as what has comprised rectangular shape in planar view of the absorbent article 1, it is not limited to this, For example, circular shape or polygonal shape (a triangle shape or a pentagon) Shape).
