Further, the flat surface of the bearing hole 103 is positioned in front of the projecting direction A of the holder 30. From the position where the curved surface of the substantially D-shaped shaft portion 101 abuts against the curved surface of the substantially D-shaped bearing hole 103, the flat surface of the shaft portion 101 becomes the flat surface of the bearing hole 103. It is slidably held between the contact positions.
- the reason why the shaft portion 101 and the bearing hole 103 are formed in a substantially D shape is that when the shaft portion 101 is formed in a substantially D shape while ensuring a space where the shaft portion 101 can slide, compared to the case where the shaft portion 101 is formed in a circular shape. Since the distance from the flat surface to the curved surface can be set shorter, there is an advantage that the hinge device 100 can be designed compactly. Although the above advantages cannot be obtained, the shaft portion 101 and the bearing hole 103 may have a shape other than a substantially D shape. (Elastic member 110) The elastic member 110 urges the flap 80 toward the insertion hole 31 as shown in FIG.

- the urging force is biased in a direction in contact with the curved surface of the substantially D-shaped bearing hole 103.
- the protrusion 81 As shown in FIGS. 1 and 12, the protrusion 81 abuts on the cup support 70 in a state where the holder 30 is housed in the housing 20.
- a pair of protrusions 81 are formed in the vicinity of the left and right shaft portions 101.
- Each protrusion 81 protrudes in a mountain shape downward.
- Each projection 81 is formed of a rigid thermoplastic resin and does not have elasticity in itself.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and one or three or more may be formed.
- the protrusion 81 is projected in a mountain shape, but is not limited to this, and it is only necessary to have an inclined surface between the surfaces in contact with the cup support 70. That is, the flap 80 is pushed in the protruding direction A of the holder 30 by at least one inclined surface of the protrusion 81 and the cup support 70.
- the front surface of the holder 30 may be pushed slightly toward the back of the housing 20.
- the locking device 50 is released, and the protruding device 40 causes the holder 30 to protrude from the front surface of the housing 20 as shown in FIGS.
- the braking device 60 works and the holder 30 protrudes slowly and quietly.
- the cup support 70 rotates downward due to its own weight as shown in FIGS. 4, 5, and 9, and is positioned below the insertion hole 31. Therefore, although not shown, the bottom of the cups inserted into the insertion hole 31 can be placed on the cup support 70.
- the flap 80 rotates downward about the shaft portion 101. The flap 80 tries to rotate upward by the urging force of the elastic member 110 and elastically contacts the outer periphery of the cups to prevent the cups from rattling in the insertion hole 31.
- the flap 80 is in a direction in which the curved surface of the substantially D-shaped shaft portion 101 comes into contact with the curved surface of the substantially D-shaped bearing hole 103 by the urging force of the elastic member 110. It is energized. (How to store the holder 30) On the other hand, when the holder 30 is stored, the holder 30 may be pushed toward the back of the housing 20.
- the lock device 50 locks the holder 30 in a position accommodated in the housing 20 as shown in FIGS. Further, when the holder 30 is pushed in, it is pushed by the lower edge of the front surface of the housing 20 and the cup support 70 rotates upward and is folded in parallel with the holder 30 in the housing 20. Stored.
- the feature of this embodiment is that the hinge device 200 is improved. That is, the shaft part 201 can slide in the bearing hole 203 of the bearing part 202 obliquely upward. Even when the shaft portion 201 is allowed to slide obliquely upward, as in the case of the first embodiment described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 12, the cup support in the housing 20 It is possible to prevent backlash of 70 in the vertical direction.
- the shaft portion 201 can be slid obliquely upward, the present invention is not limited to this, and although not shown, the shaft portion 201 may be slid up and down. As in the case of the embodiment, the backlash of the cup support 70 in the housing 20 in the vertical direction can be prevented.
