- Biaxially stretched polyamide film not only excels in mechanical properties, optical properties, thermal properties, and barrier properties, but also in abrasion resistance, impact resistance, pinhole resistance, etc. Widely used as a film for packaging materials for packaging foods and others.
- the surface of the base film is usually subjected to various secondary processing, for example, coating processing of various paints, printing processing, vapor deposition processing, lamination processing with other films, and the like. Therefore, the substrate film can be subjected to physical treatment such as corona discharge treatment or plasma treatment, or chemical treatment that activates the film surface using chemicals such as acid and alkali. Attempts have been made to improve the surface of the film, thereby increasing the adhesion between the base film and the coating by secondary processing.
- the physical treatment method has a simple process but insufficient adhesion.
- the chemical processing method has problems such as a complicated process and deterioration of the working environment.
- the polyamide film When the polyamide film is used for food packaging, it is generally laminated with a sealant film after printing. However, if the adhesive strength between the two films is weak, a so-called delamination phenomenon occurs in which peeling occurs between the base polyamide film and the sealant film when performing boil treatment or retort treatment for sterilization. There is.

- the hot water treatment such as the boil treatment or the retort treatment is performed, the physical properties of the film are greatly impaired, and the use as a product becomes difficult.
- JP-H3-55302B describes an invention in which adhesion between a primer layer and an inorganic vapor deposition layer is improved. For this reason, in the invention described in JP-H3-55302B, there is room for improvement in the adhesion with inks and adhesives composed of organic components after hot water treatment such as boil treatment and retort treatment. is there.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an easy-adhesion polyamide film having high adhesion even after hot water treatment such as boil treatment or retort treatment.
- the present inventors controlled the coating by controlling the thickness of the primer layer of the easy-adhesive polyamide film, the physical properties of the polyurethane resin used as the easy-adhesive coating agent, and the amount of the volatile base component remaining in the primer layer.
- the present invention was completed by finding that the surface characteristics of the film were improved and that the adhesion after hot water treatment such as boil treatment and retort treatment was improved.

- known pigments can be widely used. Specific examples include titanium oxide, barium sulfate, zinc oxide, zinc sulfide, and calcium carbonate. Of these, titanium oxide is preferable from the viewpoint of optical density.
- the blending amount of these white pigments is suitably 3 to 40 parts by mass as a total amount per 100 parts by mass of the polyamide resin.
- the base polyamide film is a kind of polyamide resin; the above-mentioned additives, reinforcing materials, fillers, scale-like inorganic fine powder for the purpose of improving gas barrier properties, and white for the purpose of improving light shielding and aesthetics.
- Component composition such as pigment is different; a multilayer structure composed of two or more polyamide resin layers may be used.
- the primer layer formed on at least one side of the base polyamide film will be described.
- An anionic water-dispersible polyurethane resin is used for this primer layer. This resin is formed by applying an aqueous coating on the surface of the base polyamide film.

- a volatile base In order to disperse the anionic polyurethane resin in water, a volatile base is generally used.
- the kind of the volatile base is not particularly limited, and a known volatile base can be used. Specifically, ammonia, methylamine, ethylamine, dimethylamine, diethylamine, triethylamine, morpholine, ethanolamine and the like can be mentioned. Among these, triethylamine is more preferable since the liquid stability of the water-dispersed polyurethane resin is good and the residual amount in the primer layer is small because the boiling point is relatively low.
- the polyurethane resin used in the present invention needs to have a film elongation of 250% or more, and more preferably 300% or more.
- a film elongation of the polyurethane resin is less than 250%, the cohesive strength of the resin film is improved, but the flexibility and impact resistance of the film are reduced, so that the primer layer is subjected to processing such as coating and printing. Later, the adhesion with the processed product decreases.
- the polyurethane resin used in the present invention is required to have a tensile strength of 20 MPa or more, preferably 25 MPa or more, and more preferably 30 MPa or more.
- the tensile strength of the polyurethane resin is less than 20 MPa, the adhesion with the processed material before the hot water treatment after the processing such as coating and printing is improved on the primer layer, but the heat resistance of the primer layer is improved. The nature is low. For this reason, when the processing such as coating and printing is performed on the primer layer, the adhesion with the processed material after the hot water treatment is likely to be greatly impaired.
- the tensile strength of the polyurethane resin is less than 20 MPa, the cohesive force of the resin film is lowered and the blocking resistance is deteriorated.
- a commercially available specific water-dispersible polyurethane resin can be preferably used for forming the primer layer.
- Examples of such commercially available water-dispersible polyurethane resins include “Hydran ADS-110”, “Hydran ADS-120”, “Hydran KU-400SF”, “Hydran HW-311”, and “Hydran HW-312B” manufactured by DIC.
- the easy-adhesion polyamide film of the present invention is one in which a primer layer containing an anionic water-dispersible polyurethane resin is formed on at least one side of a base polyamide film.
- the thickness of the primer layer needs to be 0.025 to 0.250 ⁇ m, and preferably 0.050 to 0.120 ⁇ m.
- the coating film is less than 0.025 ⁇ m, it is difficult to form a coating film having no defects uniformly on the film.
- processing such as coating or printing on the primer layer is performed, the adhesion with the processed product after hot water processing such as boil / retort processing is reduced.
- the easy-adhesion polyamide film of the present invention requires that the total amount of volatile base components generated from the primer layer be 0.50 ppm or less, preferably 0.20 ppm or less. If the volatile base component remains in the primer layer in excess of 0.50 ppm, the water resistance of the primer layer is lowered, and the primer layer is subjected to processing such as coating and printing. Adhesiveness with the processed product decreases. In addition, the effect of enhancing the safety when the easily adhesive polyamide film is used as a packaging material for foods is likely to be hindered.
- the glass transition point of the polyurethane resin is not particularly limited, but in consideration of film blocking and the like, it is preferably 20 ° C. or higher, more preferably 30 ° C. or higher.
- the melamine resin is added as a curing agent to the easy-adhesion polyamide film of the present invention in an amount of 1 to 30 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyurethane resin. Can do.
- a typical example of a melamine resin is tri (alkoxymethyl) melamine.
- the alkoxy group include a methoxy group, an ethoxy group, a propoxy group, and a butoxy group.
- Various melamine resins can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
- the solid content concentration of the polyurethane resin in the aqueous coating material can be appropriately changed depending on the specifications of the coating apparatus and the drying / heating apparatus. However, a too dilute solution tends to cause a problem that it takes a long time in the drying process. On the other hand, if the solid content concentration is too high, it is difficult to obtain a uniform coating agent, and this tends to cause problems in coating properties. From such a viewpoint, the solid content concentration of the polyurethane resin in the aqueous coating material is preferably in the range of 3 to 30% by mass.
- a surfactant may be added to the water-based coating in order to improve the coating property when the coating is applied to the base film.
- a surfactant promotes the wetting of the aqueous coating material onto the base film.

- the surfactant is preferably contained in the aqueous coating agent in an amount of 0.01 to 1% by mass. If the surfactant bleeds out or remains in the primer layer, the adhesion after hot water treatment such as boil / retort treatment may decrease. - an aqueous coating material is applied to the base polyamide film uniaxially stretched in the first direction, and then the base film is combined with the aqueous coating material in the first direction.
- the base polyamide film is oriented and crystallized by uniaxially stretching in a second direction perpendicular to the direction, followed by heat treatment.
- the method for applying the aqueous coating material to the film is not particularly limited.
- Examples of the method include usual methods such as gravure roll coating, reverse roll coating, wire bar coating, and air knife coating.
- the coating material can be simultaneously dried in a heat treatment step for heat setting of the polyamide film. Therefore, the process can be simplified. Moreover, the temperature condition of the heat treatment step can be higher than the heating condition in the case where the coating is applied to the film and dried after orientation crystallization by biaxial stretching is completed. For this reason, it is advantageous to reduce the volatile base component in the primer layer.
- a biaxially stretched film that has undergone orientation crystallization is subjected to heat treatment for drying the coating under the same conditions as the heat treatment step, the physical properties of the film are greatly impaired by the heat treatment. In addition, since multiple heat treatments are required, it is economically inefficient.
- Examples of the biaxial stretching method of the polyamide film include a simultaneous biaxial stretching method and a sequential biaxial stretching method.

It is possible to more efficiently reduce the amount of volatile base components to be produced.
- the polyamide film before orientation crystallization is stretched in a state where both ends in the width direction of the film are held at a temperature of 70 to 250 ° C., preferably 100 to 230 ° C.
- the sequential biaxial stretching method the polyamide film before orientation crystallization is stretched in the first direction through a group of rollers having different peripheral speeds heated to 45 to 80 ° C., preferably 50 to 60 ° C. - the heat setting temperature is preferably 180 to 250 ° C, more preferably 210 to 230 ° C.
- the thermal dimensional stability of the stretched oriented film is increased, and the amount of the volatile base component remaining in the primer layer is increased.
- the adhesiveness with the processed material at the time of watering at the time of performing processing processing, such as coating and printing, on the primer layer, which is an object of the present invention tends to be lowered. If the heat setting temperature exceeds 250 ° C., the temperature becomes equal to or higher than the melting point of the polyamide resin, which may make it impossible to produce a stretched film.
- the easy-adhesive polyamide film of the present invention has excellent adhesion to processed products, that is, paints and inks, when performing various secondary processing treatments such as painting and ink printing on the surface of the primer layer. Excellent adhesion to sealant film. - the ratio (Y / X) is more preferably 0.6 or more, and even more preferably 0.7 or more.
- a packaging bag is formed with a laminate, the contents are filled and sealed, and when this is further subjected to hot water treatment, bag breakage or poor opening may occur. It is easy to happen.
- Laminate strength of printing film First, the primer layer of the easily adhesive polyamide film was printed with a gravure roll. For printing, after printing indigo ink, multicolor printing was performed in which white ink was printed.
