Description
また、一般式(A1)および一般式(A2)中のR9~R19で表される、炭素原子数1ないし6の直鎖状もしくは分岐状のアルキル基としては、一般式(1)中のR1~R8においてあげた基と同じものをあげることができる。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に2-ブロモ-9,10-ジフェニルアントラセン4.7g、5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール2.6g、銅粉0.4g、炭酸カリウム4.3g、ジメチルスルホキシド0.3ml、n-ドデカン30mlを加えて加熱し、210℃で18時間攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、クロロホルム300mlとメタノール30mlを加え不溶物をろ過によって除き、ろ液を減圧下濃縮して粗製物を得た。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:NHシリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン/クロロホルム)によって精製し、9,10-ジフェニル-2-(5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)アントラセン(化合物3)1.7g(収率30%)の黄色粉体を得た。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に9,10-ジフェニルアントラセン-2-ボロン酸4.7g、5-(4-ブロモフェニル)-5H-ピリド[4,3‐b]インドール2.8g、テトラキストリフェニルホスフィンパラジウム0.50g、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液15ml、トルエン20ml、エタノール1.5mlを加えて加熱し、18時間還流攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、粗製物をろ過によって取り出した。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:シリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン/酢酸エチル)によって精製し、9,10-ジフェニル-2-〔4-(5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)フェニル〕アントラセン(化合物9)1.6g(収率32%)の黄色粉体を得た。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に9,10-ジフェニルアントラセン-2-ボロン酸4.5g、5-(5-ブロモピリジン-2-イル)-5H-ピリド[4,3‐b]インドール3.0g、テトラキストリフェニルホスフィンパラジウム0.55g、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液19ml、トルエン72ml、エタノール18mlを加えて加熱し、18時間還流攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、トルエン100ml、水100mlを加えた後に攪拌し、有機層を分液した。有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、減圧下濃縮して粗製物を得た。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:NHシリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン)によって精製し、9,10-ジフェニル-2-〔6-(5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)ピリジン-3-イル〕アントラセン(化合物15)3.0g(収率57%)の黄色粉体を得た。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に9,10-ジフェニルアントラセン-2-ボロン酸4.7g、5-(6-ブロモピリジン-2-イル)-5H-ピリド[4,3‐b]インドール2.8g、テトラキストリフェニルホスフィンパラジウム0.51g、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液22ml、トルエン72ml、エタノール18mlを加えて加熱し、17時間還流攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、トルエン100ml、水100mlを加えた後に攪拌し、有機層を分液した。有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、減圧下濃縮して粗製物を得た。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:NHシリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン)によって精製し、9,10-ジフェニル-2-〔6-(5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)ピリジン-2-イル〕アントラセン(化合物27)2.7g(収率54%)の黄色粉体を得た。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に2-ブロモ-9,10-ジ(ナフタレン-2-イル)アントラセン3.0g、5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール1.2g、銅粉0.2g、炭酸カリウム1.7g、ジメチルスルホキシド0.1ml、n-ドデカン6mlを加えて加熱し、210℃で8時間攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、トルエン80mlを加えて加熱攪拌し、80℃で不溶物をろ過によって除いた後、ろ液を減圧下濃縮して粗製物を得た。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:NHシリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン/酢酸エチル)によって精製し、9,10-ジ(ナフタレン-2-イル)-2-(5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)アントラセン(化合物6)1.9g(収率54%)の黄色粉体を得た。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に9,10-ジ(ナフタレン-2-イル)アントラセン-2-ボロン酸3.5g、5-(4-ブロモフェニル)-5H-ピリド[4,3‐b]インドール2.2g、テトラキストリフェニルホスフィンパラジウム0.35g、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液10ml、トルエン40ml、エタノール10mlを加えて加熱し、8時間還流攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、トルエン80ml、水20mlを加えた後に攪拌し、有機層を分液した。有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、減圧下濃縮して粗製物を得た。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:NHシリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン)によって精製し、9,10-ジ(ナフタレン-2-イル)-2-〔4-(5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)フェニル〕アントラセン(化合物12)2.4g(収率52%)の黄色粉体を得た。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に9,10-ジフェニルアントラセン-2-ボロン酸2.8g、5-(4’-ブロモビフェニル-4-イル)-5H-ピリド[4,3‐b]インドール3.0g、テトラキストリフェニルホスフィンパラジウム0.40g、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液10ml、トルエン15ml、エタノール2mlを加えて加熱し、2時間還流攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、トルエン60ml、水50mlを加えた後に攪拌し、有機層を分液した。有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、減圧下濃縮して粗製物を得た。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:NHシリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン/酢酸エチル)によって精製し、9,10-ジフェニル-2-〔4’-(5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)ビフェニル-4-イル〕アントラセン(化合物42)3.0g(収率62%)の黄色粉体を得た。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に9,10-ジ(ナフタレン-2-イル)アントラセン-2-ボロン酸2.0g、5-(4’-ブロモビフェニル-4-イル)-5H-ピリド[4,3‐b]インドール1.5g、テトラキストリフェニルホスフィンパラジウム0.20g、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液6ml、トルエン23ml、エタノール6mlを加えて加熱し、5時間還流攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、トルエン50ml、水20mlを加えた後に攪拌し、有機層を分液した。有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、減圧下濃縮して粗製物を得た。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:NHシリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン/酢酸エチル)によって精製し、9,10-ジ(ナフタレン-2-イル)-2-〔4’-(5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)ビフェニル-4-イル〕アントラセン(化合物43)1.8g(収率63%)の黄色粉体を得た。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に9,10-ジフェニルアントラセン-2-ボロン酸3.2g、5-(5-ブロモピリジン-3-イル)-5H-ピリド[4,3‐b]インドール2.4g、テトラキストリフェニルホスフィンパラジウム0.44g、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液11ml、トルエン15ml、エタノール2mlを加えて加熱し、2時間還流攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、トルエン30ml、水20mlを加えた後に攪拌し、有機層を分液した。有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、減圧下濃縮して粗製物を得た。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:NHシリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン/酢酸エチル)によって精製し、9,10-ジフェニル-2-〔5-(5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)ピリジン-3-イル〕アントラセン(化合物73)2.2g(収率52%)の黄色粉体を得た。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に9,10-ジ(ナフタレン-2-イル)アントラセン-2-ボロン酸3.5g、5-(6-ブロモピリジン-2-イル)-5H-ピリド[4,3‐b]インドール2.2g、テトラキストリフェニルホスフィンパラジウム0.35g、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液10ml、トルエン40ml、エタノール10mlを加えて加熱し、5時間還流攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、トルエン100ml、水100mlを加えた後に攪拌し、有機層を分液した。有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、減圧下濃縮して粗製物を得た。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:NHシリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン)によって精製し、9,10-ジ(ナフタレン-2-イル)-2-〔6-(5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)ピリジン-2-イル〕アントラセン(化合物30)2.2g(収率48%)の黄色粉体を得た。
窒素雰囲気下、反応容器に9,10-ジフェニルアントラセン-2-ボロン酸2.8g、5-(4-ブロモフェニル)-8-フェニル-5H-ピリド[4,3‐b]インドール2.4g、テトラキストリフェニルホスフィンパラジウム0.21g、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液16ml、トルエン40ml、エタノール10mlを加えて加熱し、4時間還流攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、トルエン100ml、水100mlを加えた後に攪拌し、有機層を分液した。有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、減圧下濃縮して粗製物を得た。粗製物をカラムクロマトグラフ(担体:NHシリカゲル、溶離液:トルエン/酢酸エチル)によって精製し、9,10-ジフェニル-2-〔4-(8-フェニル-5H-ピリド[4,3-b]インドール-5-イル)フェニル〕アントラセン(化合物75)2.7g(収率69%)の黄色粉体を得た。

- 前記一般式(1)においてAが前記一般式(A1)で表される2価基であり、前記一般式(A1)においてn1が1である、請求項1記載の置換されたアントラセン環構造とピリドインドール環構造を有する化合物。
- 前記一般式(1)においてAがフェニレン基である、請求項3に記載の置換されたアントラセン環構造とピリドインドール環構造を有する化合物。
- 前記一般式(1)においてAがピリジレン基である、請求項3に記載の置換されたアントラセン環構造とピリドインドール環構造を有する化合物。
- 前記一般式(1)においてAが前記一般式(A1)で表される2価基であり、前記一般式(A1)においてn1が2である、請求項1記載の置換されたアントラセン環構造とピリドインドール環構造を有する化合物。
- 前記一般式(1)においてAがビフェニレン基である、請求項6に記載の置換されたアントラセン環構造とピリドインドール環構造を有する化合物。
- 前記一般式(1)においてAがビピリジレン基である、請求項6に記載の置換されたアントラセン環構造とピリドインドール環構造を有する化合物。
- 一対の電極とその間に挟まれた少なくとも一層の有機層を有する有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子であって、前記少なくとも一層の有機層が請求項1記載の置換されたアントラセン環構造とピリドインドール環構造を有する化合物を含有する有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記一般式(1)においてAが単結合で表される、請求項10記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記一般式(1)においてAが前記一般式(A1)で表される2価基であり、前記一般式(A1)においてn1が1である、請求項10記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記一般式(1)においてAが前記一般式(A1)で表される2価基であり、前記一般式(A1)においてn1が2である、請求項10記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記少なくとも一層の有機層が電子輸送層を含み、前記一般式(1)で表される化合物が該電子輸送層中に存在する、請求項10記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記少なくとも一層の有機層が正孔阻止層を含み、前記一般式(1)で表される化合物が該正孔阻止層中に存在する、請求項10記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記少なくとも一層の有機層が発光層を含み、前記一般式(1)で表される化合物が該発光層中に存在する、請求項10記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記少なくとも一層の有機層が電子注入層を含み、前記一般式(1)で表される化合物が該電子注入層中に存在する、請求項10記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
