Abstract

 複合金属材の製造方法は、親水性および疎水性を有する界面活性剤を含む溶液を準備する工程と、溶液中に、ナノからマイクロサイズの微小炭素系物質を単分散状態で分散させる工程と、微小炭素系物質が分散している溶液を金属粉末粒子の表面に接触させる工程と、金属粉末粒子を乾燥し、溶液の成分を介して金属粉末粒子の表面に単分散状態の微小炭素系物質を付着させる工程と、金属粉末粒子を、水素を含む還元雰囲気中または真空雰囲気中で熱処理することによって、金属粉末粒子の表面に付着した溶液成分を熱分解させて除去し、金属粉末粒子の表面を部分的に付着微小炭素系物質から露出させ、露出した部分での金属粉末粒子間の拡散および焼結を進行させる工程とを備える。
