Abstract

透明な基板11の平滑な表面に多数の微細な凸部12を有する樹脂層を形成して反射防止シートが構成されている。凸部12は、透明な樹脂によって成形されており、基板11の表面に垂直な中心軸Cを含む断面がほぼ二次関数形状をしており、好ましくは表面が回転放物面となっている。凸部12の高さbと幅aの比(アスペクト比)b/aが1以下となっている。また、凸部12の配列されているピッチPは、入射光の波長の1/2以下となっている。
