Abstract

　高い反射防止抑制効果を有する反射防止構造体を実現する。 　反射防止構造部（５０）は、所定の波長以上の光の反射を抑制すると共に該反射が抑制される光を吸収するものである。この反射防止構造部（５０）は、基準面（５１）上に設けられ基準面（５１）とのなす角αが所定角度となる第１側面（７１）を有する構造単位（７０）が複数並んで構成された基礎構造部（７）と、基礎構造部（７）の表面に形成され、所定の波長以下の周期で規則的に配列された複数の微小凹凸部（８，８，…）とを備えている。
