Abstract

導光板２３には文字などをかたどったパターン形成領域２４が設けられており、パターン形成領域２４内には多数の拡散パターン２５が配列されている。拡散パターン２５は、長手方向中央部が光源２２側へ向けて突出した円弧状となっており、光源２２からの距離が大きいなるに従って、円弧の曲率が次第に小さくなっている。また、各拡散パターン２５は導光板２３の光出射面２７に垂直な方向から見たときに、ほぼ等しい面積を有しており、等しいピッチでほぼ等間隔に配置されている。
