Abstract

ビールの品質を損なうことなく、且つ、安定した泡生成が可能なビール泡付け装置を提供する。容器に注いだビールにノズルを浸漬しガスを吹き込んで泡付けする装置であって、ガス供給源と、このガス供給源と接続され、前記ノズルからのガス噴出を常態で遮断する遮断弁を備えた噴気機構と、ノズルが容器の直上に位置する始動点からビールに所定深さ浸漬する下点までを半路として噴気機構を上下に往復動可能に支持する昇降機構と、この昇降機構を下降させる始動スイッチと、当該下降中に前記下点を検出して昇降機構を上昇させる反転スイッチと、当該上昇中に前記始動点を検出して昇降機構を停止する停止スイッチと、反転スイッチと停止スイッチの間にあって、前記ノズルがビールに浸漬する位置を別途検出して前記遮断弁を開弁する開弁スイッチとからなる。反転スイッチおよび停止スイッチはリミットスイッチによって構成することができる。
