Abstract

L-リジン、L-スレオニン、L-トリプトファン、L-フェニルアラニン、L-バリン、L-ロイシン、L-イソロイシン、及びL-セリンからなる群より選ばれるL-アミノ酸生産能を有し、かつピルビン酸シンターゼ、または、ピルビン酸:NADP+オキシドレダクターゼの活性が増大するように改変された微生物を培地、例えばエタノールまたは脂肪酸を炭素源として含む培地で培養して、前記L-アミノ酸を該培地中又は菌体内に生成蓄積させ、該培地又は菌体よりL-アミノ酸を採取する。
