Abstract

 良好な成型性と滞留熱安定性を有し、かつ、高透明性と、寸法安定性と、優れた機械的特性を兼ね備える酸化アルミニウムナノ粒子含有ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物を提供する。有機酸と、酸化アルミニウムとを含み、JISK7210法に従って、温度280°C、公称荷重2.16Kg、ノズル寸法L/D=8/2の条件で測定されたメルトマスフローレイトが11g/10min以上であり、かつ加熱プレス成型により得られる膜厚0.2mmのフィルムのJISK7113法記載の2号ダンベル型試験片を、温度23°C、湿度50%RH、引張速度50mm/minの条件で測定した破壊応力が8MPa以上であることを特徴とするポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。有機酸としては、炭素数8以上の有機スルホン酸が好ましく、特に、芳香環を分子中に含むものが好ましい。
