Abstract

 再分散可能であり、純度を高純度に保ったまま供給することが可能な高純度酸化マグネシウム粒子凝集体及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。  酸化マグネシウム粒子が凝集してなる酸化マグネシウム粒子凝集体であって、酸化マグネシウム粒子が、平均粒径1μm以下であり、不純物としてSi、Al、Ca、Fe、V、Cr、Mn、Ni、Zr、BおよびZnのそれぞれを10質量ppm以下含み、不純物の合計質量比が、100質量ppm以下である、酸化マグネシウム粒子凝集体である。
