Abstract

 所望のタンパク質を生産する細胞を培養して当該タンパク質を製造するための、生物由来培地成分を極力排除した培地による新規な培養方法を提供する。すなわち、培養液中の特定のアミノ酸を高濃度に維持して培養することを特徴とする培養方法、およびこの方法に用いる細胞培養用流加培地を提供する。
