Abstract

Lorsqu'un cognement se produit, un appareil de commande destiné à un moteur à combustion interne augmente la vitesse de rotation d'une pompe afin d'augmenter le débit d'un liquide de refroidissement fourni à une zone proche de la surface de paroi d'une chambre de combustion, et contrôle un rapport de compression mécanique réel selon un rapport de compression mécanique faible (ε2) inférieur à un rapport de compression mécanique (ε 1) défini sur la base de la charge du moteur. Ainsi, la pression des gaz non brûlés est réduite, et le cognement est éliminé. Ensuite, le rapport de compression mécanique réel revient au rapport de compression mécanique (ε 1) à un moment (t3) auquel la température de la surface de la paroi de la chambre de combustion a été suffisamment réduite en raison de l'augmentation de la vitesse de rotation (NPa). Ainsi, le cognement est éliminé tout en évitant la situation dans laquelle le rapport de compression mécanique réel continue à être contrôlé selon le rapport de compression mécanique faible qui est inférieur au rapport de compression mécanique (ε 1).
