Description
Claims (6)
- シリンダボアに対するピストンの摺動範囲を変更することで機械的圧縮比を変更可能であるとともに、上記シリンダボアの周囲に設けたウォータジャケット内の冷却水の流れを制御可能な内燃機関の制御方法において、
機械的圧縮比を変更すると上記シリンダボアに生じた腐食部を上記ピストンが摺動する内燃機関の制御方法であって、
シリンダボア壁温と相関する温度を取得し、
取得したシリンダボア壁温と相関する温度が所定温度より低いとき、上記ウォータジャケット内の冷却水の流れを抑制する内燃機関の制御方法。 - 上記所定温度は、上記シリンダボアに凝縮水が発生する上記シリンダボア壁温に相当する温度より高温側に設定される請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御方法。
- 吸入空気温度と相関する温度を取得し、
取得した吸入空気温度と相関する温度に応じて上記所定温度を可変設定する請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御方法。 - 上記所定温度は、取得した吸入空気温度と相関する温度が高くなるほど高く設定する請求項3に記載の内燃機関の制御方法。
- 取得したシリンダボア壁温と相関する温度が上記所定温度以上となると、上記ウォータジャケット内を冷却水が流れるようにし、
上記所定温度は、上記ウォータジャケット内を冷却水が流れてもシリンダボア壁温が凝縮水の発生する温度より下がらない温度に設定される請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御方法。 - シリンダボアに対するピストンの摺動範囲を変更することで機械的圧縮比を変更可能であるとともに、上記シリンダボアの周囲に設けたウォータジャケット内の冷却水の流れを制御可能な内燃機関の制御装置において、
機械的圧縮比を変更すると上記シリンダボアに生じた腐食部を上記ピストンが摺動する内燃機関の制御装置であって、
シリンダボア壁温と相関する温度を取得する壁温取得部と、
取得したシリンダボア壁温と相関する温度が所定温度より低いとき、上記ウォータジャケット内の冷却水の流れを抑制する冷却水制御部と、を備える内燃機関の制御装置。
