Abstract

課題：少ない量の液材の吐出が要求される条件下においても、良好な飛滴吐出を行うことができる、液材吐出装置および方法の提供。 解決手段：押出部材を高速前進することにより、液室内の液材の一部を吐出口から液滴の状態で吐出する液滴吐出方法であって、液材を吐出する吐出口を有する液室と、液室より幅狭のプランジャーおよび当接部を有し、プランジャーの先端部が液室内を進退動する押出部材と、押出部材のプランジャーと反対側に隣接して配設され、ピストンおよび当接部と対向する衝突部を有する衝突部材とを設け、前記衝突部を前記当接部に衝突させることにより、前記押出部材を高速前進させて液材を吐出することを特徴とする液滴吐出方法および当該方法を実施するための液材吐出装置。
