Abstract

　本発明は、フィルムおよびそれを用いて得られたフレキシブル金属張積層板の吸湿半田耐性を改善することにある。耐熱性ポリイミドフィルムの少なくとも片面に、熱可塑性ポリイミドを含有する接着層を設けたフィルムであって、該接着層に含有される熱可塑性ポリイミドが結晶性を有し、かつ該フィルムの示差走査熱量計測定を実施した際に、結晶性を有する熱可塑性ポリイミドの融解に起因する吸熱ピーク面積の絶対値が４．０ｍＪ／ｍｇ以上であることを特徴とするフィルム、並びに当該フィルムに金属層を設けたことを特徴とするフレキシブル金属張積層板。
