Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kohlenstoffnanoröhrchen, insbesondere solcher mit einem Durchmesser von 3-150 nm und einem Aspektverhältnis Länge: Durchmesser (L:D) > 100 durch Zersetzung von Kohlenwasserstoffen an einem heterogenen Katalysator, der Mn, Co, bevorzugt auch Molybdän, sowie ein inertes Trägermaterial enthält sowie den Katalysator und die Kohlenstoffnanoröhrchen selbst und deren Verwendung.
