Abstract

L'invention concerne un siège de véhicule (1) comprenant un support pour bas de jambe (3) à déplacement automatique. Ce support pour bas de jambe peut être entraîné automatiquement entre une position rentrée et une position d'utilisation. L'objectif de cette invention est de créer un siège de véhicule présentant une structure compacte et une sécurité élevée vis-à-vis des fausses manoeuvres. A cet effet, ledit support pour bas de jambe (3) comprend un capteur (6, 61, 62) relié à un dispositif de commande (52) de l'entraînement (5). Ce capteur (6) est conçu pour détecter un obstacle.
