Abstract
Ce dispositif comporte, sur un cadre de base mobile (1), deux cadres de levage (5/6) supportant une plate-forme (4) servant à recevoir le bogie à changer; la hauteur de ces deux cadres de levage peut être réglée séparément par des organes de levage (2/3). Un des cadres de levage (6) peut être relié avec la plate-forme (4) de manière à se déplacer avec elle via des piliers (7) qui peuvent passer d'une position opérationnelle à une position inactivée, ce qui permet un mouvement de levage au-delà de l'autre cadre de levage (5). Le cadre de base (1) comporte un dispositif (10) de pose et de dépose de traverses qui reçoit une traverse (8) dans la région du bogie à changer pour la pose et la dépose à partir des rails en surélévation. Le système de levage constitué par les deux cadres de levage en traverse (5, 6) et la plate-forme (4) est de dimensions extérieures réduites et sa hauteur est peu importante en position rétractée (abaissée); comme le mouvement de levage est en deux temps, on obtient malgré le manque de hauteur de la structure une hauteur de levage relativement importante. Grâce à des systèmes à pantographe (14), la plate-forme peut être déployée de manière stable et sans risque d'atteindre son moment de renversement, ce qui lui permet de recevoir des charges même à partir d'une position excentrique.
