Abstract

Les nouveaux procédés et les nouvelles souches industrielles de Bacillus décrits servent à la production accrue de sérine protéase. Des composés de plasmide comprenant le gène de sérine protéase sont introduits dans une cellule hôte compatible, généralement constituée par un Bacillus, étant déjà à l'origine d'une surproduction de sérine protéase. Les cellules hôtes préférées sont constituées par des cellules provenant de l'espèce PB92 de Bacillus novo et le gène préféré de sérine protéase provient également de l'espèce PB92 de Bacillus. L'intégration et la conservation du plasmide dans le chromosome de la cellule hôte peuvent être obtenues par inclusion d'une source thermosensible de réplication dans le composé à base de plasmide et par culture dans des conditions sélectives.
