Abstract
Se proporciona un proceso para la preparacion de un pigmento basado en fosfato o polifosfato de aluminio amorfo por la reaccion del fosfato de aluminio y el aluminato de sodio.El fosfato o polifosfato de aluminio amorfo se caracteriza por una densidad absoluta menor que 2.50 gramos por centímetro cubico y una proporcion molar de fosforo respecto del aluminio mayor que 0.8. En una realizacion particular, la composicion resulta util para sustituto de dioxido de titanio en pinturas.
