Abstract

Спосіб одержання альфа-інтерферону людини передбачає конструювання рекомбінантної плазмідної ДНК, що містить ген альфа-інтерферону, трансформацію Escherichia coli даною плазмідою з подальшим культивуванням і виділенням кінцевого продукту. З метою підвищення виходу кінцевого продукту конструюється рекомбінантна плазмідна ДНК. Для цього в плазміду ВК322, розщеплену ендонуклеазами Eco RI і Hind III, вбудовується фрагмент певної нуклеотидної послідовності.
