Abstract
Винахід стосується процесу одержання дозволених до вживання ліофілізованих харчових продуктів, що мають, переважно, задані геометричні форми, а також цінні харчові властивості, і продуктів, отриманих за цим методом. Зокрема, цей винахід стосується технологічного процесу, причому, відповідно до винаходу, етапи процесу забезпечують одержання ліофілізованих продуктів із заздалегідь заданою геометричною формою.
