Abstract

В способе удаления твердых веществ с образованного при покраске объектов избытка распыления, избыток распыления захватывается потоком воздуха и транспортируется на омываемую сепарационной жидкостью сепарационную поверхность (42а, 42b; 142a, 142b), где большая часть наименее твердых веществ переходит в сепарационную жидкость, которая их отводит, и за счет осаждения удаляется из жидкости. Применяется и описывается сепарационная жидкость, которая содержит обесклеивающую среду или обесклеивающую среду и жидкость-носитель, при этом частицы избыточно распыленного лака обесклеиваются обесклеивающей средой, при этом сепарационная жидкость является электропроводной, и избыточно распыленный лак ионизируют с помощью электродного устройства (56, 156) и сепарируют на сепарационной поверхности (42а, 42b, 142a, 142b), при этом электродное устройство (56, 156) соединено с первым полюсом источника (174) высокого напряжения, а сепарационная поверхность (42а, 42b; 142a, 142b) соединена со вторым полюсом источника (174) высокого напряжения.
