Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA SEPARAÇÃO DE OVERSPRAY DE VERNIZ. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (1) para separação de overspray de verniz do ar de cabine de cabines de envernizamento, carregado de overspray, apresenta em uma carcaça (2) pelo menos um elemento de separação (4), cuja superfície é eletricamente condutora e está unida com um polo de uma fonte de alta voltagem (14). Ao elemento de separação (4) está associada uma disposição de eletrodos (12), que está unida com o outro pólo da fonte de alta voltagem (14). O ar da cabine é passado pelo elemento de separação (4) e pela disposição de eletrodos (12), de tal modo que as partículas de overspray são colonizadas e se precipitam na superfície do elemento de separação (4). O elemento de separação (4) é movido continuamente ou intermitentemente, sendo que um dispositivo de remoção (10) remove o overspray, que se encontra na superfície do elemento de separação (4). O mesmo pode ser retirado por um dispositivo de transporte (3) apropriado para descarte ou reaproveitamento.
