Abstract

En un método para operar una instalación de tratamiento de superficie (12), el exceso de rocío que se produce en la cabina de recubrimiento (10) se recoge por un sistema de corriente de aíre y se lleva a uno o más módulos de filtro unidireccionales (40), en el cual se separa el exceso de rocío, en donde, una vez que se alcanza una carga límite con exceso de rocío, un módulo de filtro unidireccional se intercambia por un módulo de filtro unidireccional vacío. Dependiendo de la naturaleza y características del exceso de rocío, el uno o más módulo(s) de filtro unidireccional(es) (40) es/son elegido(s) de un conjunto (62) de diferentes módulos de filtro unidireccionales (64.X). La invención también proporciona un conjunto de módulos de filtro para su uso en la instalación de tratamiento de superficie (12), en donde el conjunto (62) comprende varios módulos de filtro (64.X), los cuales se forman como unidades estructurales unidireccionales intercambiables con un alojamiento de módulo (66) y una unidad de filtro (78) y a través de los cuales se puede pasar el aire cargado con el exceso de rocío desde la cabina. Los alojamientos de módulos (66) de los varios módulos de filtro (64.X) tienen entradas de módulo de misma conexión (70, 90) y salidas de módulo de misma conexión (72, 88) y al menos las unidades de filtro (78) de dos módulos de filtro diferentes (64.X) se forman de manera diferente. La invención también proporciona una instalación de tratamiento de superficie con un dispositivo de separación (40), el cual comprende el conjunto (62) de módulos de filtro (64.X).
